Be on time. Be presentable. Bring some documents (such as criminal records). Be happy (let personality come through). Be honest (but not too honest) Smile. Follow through.

The parents have to be honest and be put together also because they are being interviewed by the Nanny wondering they want to work for that family.

I have been nannying probably for 10 years now and this video is right on! I do very well with interviews because of all these points and also becuase I know what I am talking about. Also because I specialize in specific areas. I also go through agencies to get jobs, so I get alot of recommendations wgich I thibk is the best route honestly!
