Here are 10 tips for flying safely during the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic. Our family has flown a few times during Covid 19, including flying from Malaysia to the USA and flying from California home to Hawaii. We share advice for choosing a safe airline, which seats to book, what to bring on the plane in your carry-on, considerations when flying with kids, and some of the dirtiest things you'll encounter on your travel day.

just dnt eat during flight bcoz u have to take off ur face mask... eat & drink enough b4 u get in to the flight .. stay safe everyone!!

This is helpful but my parents is not going to let us go on vacation and I loveeee airplanes like the day before we go I wacth 40 videos about airplanes :p

thank you so much for this! i’ve not been home in 10 and a half months due to covid and i am traveling back to oregon from texas saturday! i have got both doses of the phizer vaccine, but i am still going to wear 2 masks(one medical mask under my cloth mask for extra protection) and a face shield! this helped so much! i’ve never flown alone and this is going to be my first time doing it alone, as well as flying during the pandemic. thank you so much for this video. the tips were amazing! the resources too! you guys helped me feel less anxious about this trip! thank you :)

That’s helpful thanks! But we probably won’t need them for quite some time now that all borders within Australia are firmly closed unless you have a permit 😂

Wearing gloves while going thru tsa security (and the airport in general) is helpful too.

I think Alaska would be another good one. I just flew from Chicago to Honolulu with Alaska Air and was impressed. I felt really safe and they also kept the middle seat empty. I did have a back seat and by the time I de-planed they were already cleaning the front of the plane. I am 4 days into my quarantine in Hawaii.

Im going to Florida November 15th on Jet blue but im kinda anxious

I know that Jet Blue is only guaranteeing blocked middle seats through last week but they are capping at 70% capacity. That is still better than United and American. Please follow these tips don't hesitate to contact Jet Blue with any of your concerns. I wish you a safe and pleasant flight!

Did delta question you about your two year old at all? My son won’t wear a mask

Hi, we were not questioned by Delta or any other airline. However, I have a feeling this is a case by case issue. I highly recommend that you contact Delta about their policy. All the airlines that I contacted were very open about their policies and Delta was the best. We have also heard good things about Alaska but haven't flown them recently. Additionally, I think sitting in the back ( if not crowded ) will help your cause. Good luck!

We flew on Hawaiian Airlines and they didn't question us at all about our two-year-old not wearing a mask. 🌺 Heidi

Best thing is to fly with no kids one child not wearing one is enough to infected the whole family

Tip number 0: Do not travel. Traveling has been the main driver of pandemics throughout the history. Black Death, mass deaths of Native Americans, Spanish Flu and now COVID-19, those could have never happened without people going back and forth between countries.
