I think writing notes can have two stages, like op said, writing during lectures can't be at this speed, but after lectures, if notes are made immediately, then still, it is ok to write like this to make notes look neater, coz i do notes thid way too

#1 you're going to struggle at first so accept it #2 practice pen control #3 use squared paper, they keep your lines straight #4 use a thick ball pen #5 use zoom window #6 try dark paper! #7 use her free handwriting worksheets #8 hold for straight lines #9 get a pencil sleeve, for hand comfort and a better grip #10 use a matte screen protector, it provides friction for writing

I wished my iPad could work with an Apple Pencil but it’s old it’s an 2015 iPad Air :(

@@nabilrejwan8135 aw im sorry, but you dont need an apple pencil! Try looking for one of the basic pens that have a rubber on the back (it works on phones) , i personally use that and it works really well and it was like 50cents instead of 100$!

This was so helpful! I was using a fountain pen this whole time, but when I switched to ballpoint, my handwriting on the Ipad is nice and neat just like how it is on paper. Thanks for the tips!

as stressful as it sounds, the only way i can achieve good and understandable handwriting on my ipad is by just writing really slowly. that’s seriously the only way i can get neat handwriting. the fact that i’ve started taking my time when taking notes, has actually changed my irl handwriting. (not digitally only)

same i can only get good handwriting if i do it slowly, but its so time comsuming 😭 i take notes at school then re-do them at my ipad, if i write slowly it literally takes me ages to complete so as for now I’ll stick to my bad handwriting until i (hope) it becomes better 💀

ive been using ur template since i got the iPad last summer and I thought I would ease into it but my writing is still very shaky because I'm nervous it would look ugly and it comes out weird looking but this video has got so many good tips which I'm sure I'm gonna try out great content as always :)

My biggest issue is that if I put a pencil sleeve on my Apple Pencil it does not fit in the gap that my iPad case has- It’s annoying.

Same here! Can hold the pencil well with pencil sleeve but u hav to take out every time after using it to put it back to the iPad case, very annoying!

i recently bought an iPad a few months ago and it took sometime to get used to write on the iPad. i cant afford a paperlike screen protector so i opt for silicone tips for the apple pencil. my handwriting is better right now but i still am not used to writing as nice as it is on paper :)

U can buy the esr screen protector. They are affordable compared to paperlike

there are many cheaper alternatives for paper like screen protectors if you just do a bit of research

I used to write with pen previously Then I switched to iPad partly because of these videos And I switched back to fountain pens and roller ball and o boy they are so so much better than iPad The felling of smooth Mont Blanc or Namiki gliding over smooth tomoe river paper and the smooth laying Mont Blanc or iroshizuku ink with the feedback, and the simmering colours of inks when light falls on them Not to mention the much reduced handpain and stress relived by fountain of roller ball pen , the amount of pressure you are applying while writing looks like it’s gonna hurt real bad even the iPad is bending.

How do you make sure your zoom window works on custom templates (like yours for example) whenever I hit the end of the page the window doesn’t go to the correct place. Is there a way to fix this or do you just have to manually drag it?

Would it be possible for you to create the legal paper template? I cannot find it anywhere to impart to good notes. If you do can you do it in grid paper as well. I just feel like the legal paper template would make goodnotes feel like and actual notebooks for me. I use the good notes app for my writing classes and it does not feel like actual paper without that red line on the left side.

Hey! On your website towards the top right half of the page, when i click on the option to click currency, nothing shows up, it is just white, i can click around that white area and switch currency but just wanted to let you know.
