7:36 it really just depends on the main style of the house, most aesthetic and modern builds use warm lighting, which looks great, but with a few styles, some cooler colored lighting might look better. For example, with a certain "modern" style I build, I use dark pink, purple, and/or blue :D btw the only thing i use thats warm with this are tree leaves with dark green and dark brown for the tree trunks (very few times i use linen), sometimes i use warm colors for decor when the light seems to burn the color on an item

My fave colors to use for lighting is pestle orange,linen, gost gray. bc it's not to bright but not to dark eather your welcome for the good tip on colors for your lights :>

I have a few tips for new and old players! 1. If you have advanced placement, outline your walls/fences with the tape looking fence 2. AP again. Experiment with mixing items such as beds and coffee tables for extra blankets at the end of the bed 3. For new players, cheap items and the coloring tool is your friend as to make your home look more expensive for less 4. When making a mountain/hill house, use the empty space inside the walls you use to make a basement for extra space 5. Use colors that aren't too dull or too bright and try to match them with other colors that look good together 6. Making tiny homes is more efficient and effective in role plays as well as decorating if you don't like a lot of space 7. If you have a million windows, don't be afraid of curtains for extra detail 8. Try and use flat roofs even if you don't think it'll look nice. It may when you try it, and there's always the undo button 9. Try using more closed floor plans. Even if a lot of people use open spaces everywhere in their masterpieces, and maybe you do as well, but test the more closed off floor plans if you're budgeting or have a tiny home 10. Just have fun! A house that costs 20k can look as good as a 200k house if you know how to make cheap items look good together Hope this helped. And I'm not saying I'm a championship worthy builder, but I have a lot of experience in the sims, bloxburg, etc so I can sorta tell what's nice and what's sad looking (not to brag lol)

This helped a lot! I watched this while grinding as a cashier in Bloxy Burgers in Bloxburg to save up for a small cafe/coffee shop with an aesthetic, humble style. This video really helped getting me back into Bloxburg and motivated me to build. Thanks for the video!

Another tip I use pretty often (this depends on the build): With modern houses, only use white lighting in dark corners (like the ends of hallways) and keep the other lights either warm or grey. That way you get your light and keep your eyes. But be careful! When using white or light grey lighting space them out because they're really bright!

here is some of my tips for some new players (might be the same as said in the video) 1. Try to use different colours otherwise your items would blend with the wall. 2. Use some references if your stuck trying to make your interior or exterior look as good as you possibly can. 3. It's okay to get inspired by someone but DON'T copy their whole house and act like it's your original build, Always credit them 4. Find or make a layout of your house before you start building or you can just plan it out as you go. 5. You don't always need game-passes to be a good builder ^^ There is way more but you can look at other videos. Hope these helped some new people

4:07 The grid size really helps. I have advanced placing and when I use both of them I can do some nice building stuff. It’s so much easier to change the grid size.

a tip i have is, if you need to fill up space but have nothing to put there, just block it off with walls it will make your house look bigger on the outside but without having to fill up the space

Her- you should really have the undo and redo button in your habit I don’t think a lot of people do it Me- -always uses undo button bc I’m to lazy to make money-

A few more tips: add paintings to walls that look boring, or you can also add wall trim! try to use lily white for lighting! it’s warm and not that bright. just like linen! when you layout a color scheme, layout a scheme of the colors to avoid too! tell me if i should do more!

Here is a tip for people who do not use floor plans and want to make a build without planning it so all you have to do is create one room at a time or two it depends how big your build is so the reason for this is so you don't have to worry about all your rooms and some of them being empty if you run out of money and it could also help with what kind of aesthetic or type of build because you have one room built to help you with the rest i'm not completely sure if this will work for others but it really works for me when i build realistic builds anyways thank you for reading this comment and hopefully this helps for whoever needs it 😊

My friend has like Multiple floors, Advance placing, basement gamepasses and let me tell you. She still builds square houses 👁👄👁, and i was like “bruh that is ugly af”, but she doesn’t believe me and still continues to build another house made out of square.

I also feel like changing the grid size to be bigger is also very very helpful! Especially if you are a perfectionist like myself, it’s helpful to do so if you want thing being even. Especially when I’m placing pillars

Just a tip for new players, if you decide to use pillars make sure you place them before the wall because you need advanced placement to place the pillar in the wall if that makes any sense haha

The stamp tool (copy tool) when you pay for it, it only pays for the item it DOES NOT pay for the paint so it saves a lot of money. To me, it is most useful for walls, so you don’t have to colour the walls it is also useful if you are making a cafe or something you you don’t have to individually colour the chairs and the tables you can copy the table and it will copy the chairs around it also. Or another tip, if you have multiple floor gamepass, you can make the bottom boxy but try make the second floor with more curves at the front and back. But I think the rest of these are amazing! for the warm lighting, I personally use a shade of yellow that doesn't blind the eye and it works like linen as well.

One tip from me as a Bloxburg builder:- Trust yourself, put a lot of effort and build! Make sure to get some inspiration through the internet. Like the google images. Then, try to follow the house design that you found on internet.

Definitely recommend using the mansard roof, it adds way mor detail and is great for hills

Something that she didn’t mention about the stamp tool is that if you use it, then it dosent spend 5+ extra dollars on colors/textures so it’s very very handy if you don’t have much money and have to get back as much cash as possible!! So I really recommend using this for your walls and furniture that you want to keep texture and coloring the same (I hope this was useful information!! Find the cheapest spending habits trust me it can save you thousands of dollars for those small secrets ❤) (also sorry it was so long 😅)

Also good tips: Make furniture match walls or floors so it’s not off colored or weird If you want ur house to be a small cute home then make the kitchens small like this if not, i would recommend to make it bigger Add a lot of decoration like the plants and paintings or books shown in this video (love the video btw) money and experience. If you have money then great for u! Use it for cute big and cute homes or either donate. Experience helps ALOT for instance u know what to use, u have leveled skill levels, more levels on work, maybe even max. Game passes. HAVE MULTIPLE LAYERS, ADVANCED PLACEMENT, OR EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE!! These are important. Multiple layers guarantees a smaller house instead of a big flat house on one floor. Sure they can be cute but if u have skill only. Advanced placements give u custom placement or just be able to place things in smaller places. Excellent employee is good for often promotions, maybe higher money idk but it helps with ur job. These are all the tips love u and just subscribed!
