10 Tips To Become A Lockdown Defender | In today's video, Coach Rock will walk you through 10 tips that will help you become a better defender on the court. Defense in basketball isn't always sexy but it's very important! If you can lockdown your opponent you will stand out even more. It does no good if you score 30 points and let your opponent drop 30 on you does it? So be sure to take notes and start becoming a lockdown defender.

Coach i tried the program and I practiced with it for like a week feeling good, then my game came and i felt confident because the video, and I got less than my average stats. Question: the rim is 2 inches lower at the court where i train (i mean i dont always train there, but i still have to spend a lot of time in that gym ) . Will it affect my shot?

I would prefer to come off of the bench to earn my spot and earn my place and my position on the team especially if I was a rookie I ain't trying to come in and take someone else's job or spot or position everything is to be earned not given which means no handouts for me I don't like handouts
