I have the black Leather case and the front part of the case is thinner and makes the phone wobble quite a bit when unfolded

Fold 3 is such an amazing device. Had it a week now and I will never get tired of it. Such a huge improvement over the z fold 1 I had in my pocket the last year and a half. I can't wait to see what the z fold 5 will bring. I won't upgrade this bad boy for a while.

Funny that you mention that because I was just thinking "Man im gonna have the 3 and miss the 4, but oh wait when my contract ends itll be time for the 5 omg" and I just got even more excited for the future. I kinda prefer upgrading every 2 years anyways so you feel bigger jumps in your new expensive tech.

May I ask how does the fold 1 hold up? I want to get the fold 3 but i am extremely paranoid about the screen having hairline cracks and weird lemons of that sort.

It did find this useful thanks. Small point, when I was stopping the video to see what section in settings you were referring to, you sometimes had your hand over the screen, covering the section you were talking about.

I'm real disappointed with the battery life of the phone. I will go days without using the large screen at all and I have to plug the phone in and charge it once at night and once mid afternoon. It's awful. What makes it worse is that "fast changing" on a normal flag ship phone is about 80% in 20-30 min.... this phone is 2 HOURS with a 120 watt power supply and fast charging turned on. I wish I could go back to my old phone, this one is still not ready for the masses. It's a shame to pay for all these cool things like a 120hz refresh and have to turn it off because it makes the phone drain even quicker..... THANK YOU FOR THE TIPS! IT HELPS!

Why are you using 120watt? That's why it's so slow. Use a 25 and it'll be done 0-100 in a hour

@@tRiXMaddy because a 120 watt and run at anything under that. Since my $1,800 phone didn't come with a charger, you should be able to use any charger and if that charger exceeds the. Ax in the phone, it will charge at the highest rate

I followed some battery tips and I'm good. I use the fold 3 as a daily obvs. And i use it plenty... full charge lasts all day. Though i don't use the big screen as im working... obvs that will use more battery. Its not bad though for what it is

Hi!! I wanted to thank you so much for putting this out!! I do have a question: do you know what can contribute to the amount of days in maximum power saving mode? At 92% I had 1 day 20 hours and I see yours at 5 days😅

About the battery, in the long term, is it bad to charge it to 100%? Or is it better to set the battery charge to 85% only?

use wireless charging as much as you want that way way it will not over charge ... Keep it pugged in it will over charge

@@Paul-zu1iv there was an update today so it could affect battery. But it is pretty decent for wat u get. Heavy use you will have to charge @ end of work day.. medium Use, youll make it to the night easy.. light use, maybe even overnight.

Most people WONT get 5 days of battery life on power saving mode. It's based on how HE uses his phone. If you're on your phone alot it will be based on YOUR usage. You will get maybe 24 hours.

It shouldn't do that.....I would expect it to lose some battery life but not 70%....see what apps are running in the background and switch bedtime mode if you really must have it switched on. Best thing just switch it ff.

@@flicka25 I always keep my location turned off and airplane mode on before sleeping. Same thing is happening to my A71 too. In the report under Device care, Google services is the culprit. Most of the apps have been put to deep sleep. Still it happens.

In other words switch off everything that makes a phone fun to use. If Samsung applied half as much time to optimising battery life as they did making that foldable screen, we would have great battery life on phones by now.
