I've been watching one of the other YT towing channels - they have lots of interesting problem lifts/tows, but your channel has much better explanation and commentary. You are a superior teacher, both for your workers and for your viewers.

Ron is an excellent instructor. Notice how he doesn't just say do this - do that, he gives the reason behind why it's done a certain way. And Dalton is just soaking it all in. I love how he's not afraid to jump in and work. It seems like Dalton will fit right with Ron and the rest of the team. I actually think no experience is going to work in his favor, no bad habits to break. Good luck to Dalton, you have an amazing opportunity here.

love that Dalton asked questions, heeded advice and had his head in the game. Knew what you wanted when you were to the light bar moment. all you asked was "What's next?" and he went for the light bar on his own. missed the door he needed but he knew it was the light bar you wanted. So suggests he was at least aware of that part of the process. I have a feeling he'll soon be one of your top operators.

I really like that you explain everything that you have to do. And you are are very good teacher. I have learned a lot by watching your videos. And I look at the way that other people are towing and the way that they tie-down or don't tie-down their loads. And sometimes I just have to shake my head at the unsafe things I see on the road. So glad that safety is #1 with you, in teaching & practice.

They gotta do something about Adblue, this problem has been around since the stuff first came into use, main problem is it crystalizes in the supply lines and blocks them causing the engine management to drop into emergency mode. Easy fix is regularly flushing the lines (there are even youtube vids showing how), but more often people wait till it clogs up then Ron gets another payday.
