You have to put your hand under it while it's in the air. It uses motion sensors to tell if your hand's under it. Then it will fly

Its upside down, there is a proppeller that makes wind below it, its not supposed to be upside down so the wind is blowing up instead of its bottom so it doesnt make itself float.

The long part should be at the top you were throwing it upside down, the plastic is bendy so if it does hut something it doesn't break, it has a small battery life you do t need to charge it for 1 hour l, when. You throw it it should be angled upwards so the long part is towards you and throw it it should come back if you throw it right l, it works better in open areas with no wind, to turn it off just catch it from the blue part and turn the switch of. To turn it off you just grab the spinning part and it will stop after about 3 sec. (I’ve had this toy and it was quite fun after i learned how to throw it)
