I sure hope you enjoy today’s video. I’m really happy with how these botanical projects turned out. PLEASE, if you know what that weird rack is, let me know. It really has me stumped! BTW thanks for letting me know that the brass round “frame” in a previous video is a decorative bracket used where a stove pipe connects to the wall! Who knew?!

I really liked the blue basket with the clock face. I don't believe I would have used the "spring time" pieces, not because I thought they were juvenile, but because the piece didn't need them and they were so white against the pretty color of the basket. I truly enjoy all of your projects and you do make me want to try to do some myself.

I love William Morris designs, so thank you for providing the link. I have a box ready for updating! I didn't care for the joint compound butterfly project as it lost a lot of the butterfly shape, but I loved the individual peat pot, the metal flower, and the butterfly birdcage. I also liked the basket clock but I would have used a small amount of babies breath instead of the beads. Thank you for your creative inspiration Sherry!

I love the idea behind the plastered butterfly piece. I actually liked it and agree that it needed some dark to bring out the details. @@CanterburyCottage it’s the process and I appreciate you sharing because I think it’s an awesome idea. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to create your vision. Maybe a thinner plaster mixture. Would also be pretty, using watercolor or art chalks for some slight color. Have you ever used chalks? Not pastels. I’ve used them for years on paper crafts and you have great control with them. You can even erase it. Just a thought. ❤❤❤

I'm glad I didn't change my mind because I love it in dark green. I combined it with tartan fabrics and such. I have very little money to work with, but in the end, I do like the way it turned out and it's one of my favorite styles.

You are so welcome! I am so glad that I can share some helpful ideas with you, Mandy! As you can tell from the picture, my little tent has seen a lot of paint over the past few years!

Your ideas for spring decor are helpful, as I have many butterflies that I have in my stash. The little lantern made of sticks was so cute.

Another creative bunch of projects. My favorites are the peat pot basket and the box at the end. I thought the plastered butterflies looked cuter before you put the plaster on, just the painted white butterflies against the black background. You are so creative. I don't know how you come up with so many unique ideas every week

Amazing projects. I loved all of them. Even the butterfly picture, but if you was to paint it white, I think something like light paint on the butterflies, or if possible book pages or music. Great inspiration. Xxx

Sherry, the clock basket is beautiful and a great idea to freshen up a hanging basket. I thought your peat pot basket was so vintage pretty, something I would see in a French garden. Your projects are all “tres jolie “!

Hi Sherry! Another fun episode. My faves were the stick lantern and the William Morris box. I’m bonkers for his patterns and it’s perfect to have just a touch of this one. Wonderful work, as always!

Thank you, Stephanie! Isn’t it funny how William Morris patterns are popular again? I really want some curtains in one of his patterns for my library, but the fabrics are so expensive. From my research, it seems that I can buy premade curtains cheaper than buying the fabric and making them myself!

Another video with wonderfully creative ideas Sherry. I agree with you, I did prefer the butterfly wall art when it was painted white. And I don't find the little letter beads juvenile, but I did prefer the clock basket without them. (The basket was one of my favorites this time.) I don't know what the weird rack, is but I loved what you did with it! And the peat pots are so pretty, in the rack and by themselves.

Loved all the makes in this video. I liked the “springtime” beads on the basket clock but I might try a little antiquing wax on the beads just to soften the stare white look of them.

Each piece was adorable. It’s toss up as a favorite. The wall plaque with the pete moss pots n the box. I love boxes n doesn’t matter what size. What you did with that one with paper was so pretty. Sherry you always amaze me with your DIY’s. You must have a zillion ideas dancing around your head. ♥️😊👍🌟

Sherry that basket with the clock is such a unique and cute item and I don't think the beads are juvenile at all, they added a lot to the project. I could not imagine what you were going to do with that metal and wood piece but was amazed at what a great idea you came up!

Oh, thank you, Charlotte! That weird metal rack has been on a shelf in my craft room taunting me for a long time. I finally decided that I was going to use it in a project somehow!😜

Aww my friend it was a joy to watch you create. You know I think you need to see the butterfly plaque up close and personal. As a background piece as you staged it with your dark academia look, I think it’s a win. Depending on the way you plan on displaying it, the white was pretty too. Either way it’s a unique and clever idea. Sometimes you just have to play and see where it takes you, right? You’d have a fun time in my craft shack. Creative stashes waiting to blossom into unthinkable treasures. I think the metal flower was my fav. That chunk of wood is gorgeous. And there is not another item in the world like yours. No cookie cutter look which is what I love! Keep em’ coming oh creative one! ✌🏼❤️🙋🏻‍♀️
