We need more Erin in this channel! I love her! And i love pies! Especially apple pies lol. I never thought of making myself fried apple pie like wow! I have always been a fan of galette because just like what she said, i am a fan of pies but lazy enough to make one shdjdhsj. Thank you Erin for all the suggestions! I don’t know what was better your Apple “Pies” or your charming persona? Thank you, l genuinely enjoyed your video immensely! I especially loved your “Apple Empanadas” and your individual “Miniature Pies”. My 4 year old Grandson adores baking with me and loves any kind of Miniature foods! Also, anything served on a “stick”! Whenever l say, “Shish Kebab” he falls over laughing! He’s such a little weirdo!

I've always used a mix of sliced (not diced) apples. Helps maintain the texture. Granny, Gala, slightly unripened Goldens, etc.

I just cut my apples in half and place them face down, and bake them at 250 to 280 F degrees, then scoop the meat out of the skins once cooled superior apples so tender sweet chucks of apple, we even get a sticky caramel like stuff from the apples.

I realized recently 300 F would produce faster better results I just check on them every 30 minutes, apple varieties can be different times but for me I noticed 2 to 3 hours most of the time you will know by the apples that have caramel like liquid from the bottom and the flesh is very soft and wrinkly

@@jasmineberry3553 Thank you! I will pick some apples and bake them in the morning..update. Made them, only cooked 1 hr 45, made soft pillowy apples, the carmel the apples make hardens the min it cools, but I really love these! ❤
