I think the changes show they really understand what they're doing. I just restarted without knowing the update, and I put all my focus into getting to make bug jerky. Took a long time, but when I finally got there I started wondering about what else I would do because I tend to get bored once I have unlimited access to money. I was bummed when it first sold for 25, but I have to admit, it made the game much better because now I had access to more energy to play the full days instead of having go to sleep part way through because I'm out of energy.

Noticed you have feeder on the side. Place it directly above place where hay is placed. It will direcly go from silo, so no need for manual. Also auto harvest and auto pet saves lot of time ❤

selling gold ore is the best way for early.. u can get more than 10k gold by only selling gold ore EVERYDAY!! easy money, easy gold kelp for easy sprinkler II

You don’t even get access to gold ore until later in the game…hardly early.

@seanwilks7712 first day of playing I was already in the third mine. Games extremely easy to push through mining and diving if you do them together. Let's you completely automize your farm within a few hours of playing for getting silver kelp to make sprinklers and silver/gold ore to make money for upgrades and tools.

Hi sarah just wanted to say your videos are awesome ive been trying to catch up on streams from like 9 months back lol there awesome 😊 really like that the length of the videos/streams are so long an not cut into 100's of 12 minute videos ive made it through around 5-6 this week there just so fun to watch hoping to catch live stream very soon an also wanted to say your community is beyond amazing, so nice. ive never seen a more welcoming and helpful community. in your discord every single person is so positive and nice. I really felt this way when I started but it does become easier. You get more energy as you play! Also, once I started making honey and putting crops in bell jars that was a game changer for me!

All your tips are excellent as I only bought the game yesterday. Ive played hundreds of hours in Stardew Valley though and this game is clearly a slightly enhanced version of that so it seems generally familiar. However, the specific items like the bugs 🐛 are totally new to me so it’s very helpful to get some tips. I am subscribed now, many thanks.

I haven't really been working on friendships yet. Waiting for the game to go live but I have been selling the foods the few friends I do have send me. You're right about it being a good way to get some coins as needed. :)

Yes!! I feel that. Overall, I’ve probably neglected friendships the most compared with other mechanics, until more of the cutscenes are implemented etc! So for now- I sell

Ive just started playing this game and appreciate your tips videos. Just out of interest I noticed that the top quality Pineapple was twice the vaue of the least but what is the down side to just planting twice as many pineapples? Hope that quesrion made sense.

The gold kelp keep in mind you get a duplication thing so you only need to buy a few gold kelp and put into the replicator

I would make some honey , as you need it for flying insect traps, which is the only way to catch higher priced flying bugs.

She mentioned to keep enough for your artisan machines and tool upgrades, but after that you won't have a huge need for it, so then start selling it to rake in the money.

Just fyi artefacts and gems are no longer a straight up sell it choice. It can be tempting at the beginning of the game when money is tight. But once your farm really gets rolling and you get access to enchanting these items will be worth FAR FAR more as enchanting materials than the gold you'd get for selling them. Once you've fully enchanted osmium on your belt sure .. But by then u don't need tips anymore XD

This one is like -once you have everything you can make lots of money - duh! Then your other video - dont sell anything - so what we REALLY need to know is when you start out and are broke and have nothing on your farm and shouldnt sell anything - how do you get by with enough to eat and buy the basics? Im starving and have nothing and every day they pile more quests and duties on me!

Thank you for this! Seems like the game developers intend cooking to be a way to increase stamina and for making gifts for the NPCs, and not as a money-maker. I'm still holding off on playing, though I don't know if I can hold out until the game is released--I will at least wait until the April update. We'll see if I have the will power to wait longer!
