When I inherited my grandmother's china cups I couldn't believe how tiny they were compared to my normal 14oz mug. But I loved them and wanted to use them so I set aside my beloved ember and was shocked when suddenly my usual instant coffee tasted so different when I could only fit 6oz of water in! I wonder when cup sizes began getting so much larger?

When I was a kid, I figured out that instant coffee can actually be pretty good. I mean, it was the best I could do since I couldn't get my hands on ground coffee, let alone whole beans to grind.

Love your channel ❣ With all the coffee's i've had around the world, Fresh Brewed and Instant... Instant with brown sugar and evaporated milk is my favorite. All these ingredients give a nice warm caramel essence that still taste like coffee. Years ago "Brava" was an incredible coffee, but Nescafé stopped making it. 😥

I was at this coffee shop in Thailand (Chiang Mai is literally infested with coffee shops) and they somehow made iced coffee flavored with lychee syrup taste INSANELY unique and added a strange new depth to coffee.

You need to froth the milk my guy or atleast heat it but its impossible without whipping up the milk I think

⁠You can make a mock espresso shot with 2 tbsp of hot water and 1 tbsp of instant coffee, then heat the milk in a microwave and then foam it using a milk frother or a french press.

Try coffee with a pinch of ground cardamom. Surprisingly pleasant. If you like cinnamon, try cardamom. Great with or without milk. If you add a pinch dry ground ginger to black coffee will enhance the floral and green flavors of coffee, reminding you that coffee beans are plant seed. Add a pinch of lemon and ice. Refreshing!

instant coffee is sort of easy, look for the ones with the least amount of chicory, and it should either be a very fine powder or freeze dried, those will be your best options..

the Dalgona recipe is always too sweet and when I increase the amount of sugar it just ruins the foamy texture and makes more visible bubbles :(

Plus if you're going to criticize someone, a lack of basic info seems like something that would be your own damn fault for not teaching your kids that info. I think if you look a bit broader at the video most of the tips are transferrable to other coffees. Take the first 4 tips and apply it to any type of coffee and it will be beneficial. When I look at my content from a birds eye view, one goal is to help people who are just getting into coffee make better coffee and most of the time that person is using instant coffee.

Not everyone has all those machines... so instant is what they can do with till they get the some gadgets which at times are unnecessary and expensive.
