It's an absolute disgrace what MAFS did to Meka. I'm sure that MAFS producers did a background check on Michael and was well aware of his work history & salary, etc. He was in no way qualified to be married, especially not to someone of Meka's integrity, emotional intelligence, and high moral character. She is one of my favorites from the show, and the producers should have done better.

Chris should b 1-5 by himself

The producers of this show sure need to do a better job at screening and investigating these people. Lying, verbal and emotional abuse, joblessness, homelessness, more lying, etc. They all come with baggage that gets unpacked on MAFS. Doesn’t make any sense. And this season is more boring than the last one.

Omg, I think I blocked Chris out from my memory. He was so bad as a husband! Bad, bad, horrible. I did not know any of this about Ryan. It's hard to believe there was a worst husband than Chris, but wow. Ryan was not who he claimed to be at all!

I agree with your rankings. I had forgotten about season 2's Ryan! I would have traded Olajuwan for Mitch in the honorable mentions. Mitch was many times tone deaf and sometimes insensitive, but always honest. Olajuwan was quick to accuse, judgmental, demeaning if not teetering towards being emotionally abusive, and uninformed all of the time.

I love the Hello Fresh transition from speaking about Bai and Johnny! lol 😅 I felt bad for Paige, Chris was a total nark and so was the guy who got #1 on your list!

Michael was a habitual liar!

Chris really was a master manipulator. He was not sophisticated but he sure played on the vulnerability of Paige. It was a testament to how confident people lose all sense of self when they are genuine in a relationship with an abuser. I do wonder if Chris’s mother and father who seem like decent people, are horrified and embarrassed at the kind of man their son is. I would be devastated.

Zach season 10 just oozed vanity. He was a buff and handsome guy but his personality was truly putrid. He was using the show for publicity which was evident with how much he took his shirt off (very McConaughey). That same season had the wonderful Brandon who was an insecure and misogynistic a-hole.

Now THAT was an awesome segue into your Hello Fresh content. Great job, lady!

When you put Chris at #2 I was shocked but your #1 was a forgotten gem. Wow. Totally agree.

How do the experts manage to find men who are so disrespectful. It's one thing to not be interested in your partner but every season there seems to be one man who is so not interested in his wife for seemingly no reason he can't even wait until the show is done filming before seeing other women. I don't remember any of the wives doing this

What about Olejauwa. His verbal abuse to Katina was horrible and very triggering.

I think when someone is emotionally abusive, mean, manipulative , lying they should stop recording. Let the spouse know they don’t feel comfortable exploiting what is going to be a toxic relationship. If the person wants a divorce that’s on them but in general the show, the counselors and whoever else should not continue to film a process that is mentally or possibly physically harmful for the other partner.

So yeah, I agree with your list, especially number 1. He was the most abusive husband on the show and while their season was airing, I kept wondering: "Where are the experts??? How can they allow this abuse go on?" It was so painful to watch.

He asked AJ Vollmoeller (MAFS Philly) about his book, and what it was like to he HIS season's bad-boy. Clearly he was getting shade from everyone after the DC season aired. I agree with everyone but Brandon! Taylor imo was disrespectful from day one. She needed to constantly record everything and he had told her he didn’t like that and she just ignored him. He did have a horrible attitude for most of the show but it seemed like he wanted to not proceed with the show but they were forcing him too. I’ve heard that the contestants get fined if they don’t follow through till decision day. Idk if it’s true or not but if so I’d like mafs to consider changing that. A lot of the women with the men who aren’t “attracted” to them shouldn’t have to be forced to live with that negativity for that long and I think it’s probably also emotionally exhausting and embarrassing to have to keep talking about how someone finds you unattractive on national television! You need to do commentary on this season bc it’s trash

And don't forget about Jephte cheating on Shawniece either. Although we only heard about one incident in their marriage. I am SURE there were many indiscretions on his part. I just got this feeling he is a serial cheater. I got a sixth sense about guys like him.

I think you nailed it! I didn't watch season 2, so I didn't know about this Ryan guy, so threatening murder does put Chris in the number 2 position. It's not surprising that this show attracts so many narcissists as cast members and this goes for the men and women, but like life, there are still more male narcissists and they don't give a damn who they hurt and use. Sad and so frustrating, but the show runners like the drama. I must like it too as I'm still watching

Nate in Chicago was immature, and he had many fights with Sheila. Tristan in Dallas constantly yelled at Mia, throwing her out of his apartment. Interestingly, both couples stayed together on Decision Day. Briefly, though. Also, Nick (Miami) had his tirade against Sonya. I'd give him Honorable Mention rather than Mitch or Jose. Interesting list, however. 👍🏻
