I've legit never heard anyone point this out. And it's coming from one of the best Saturday morning cartoon villains of all time.

I remember this well. The score was 5-5. Michaels had taken a ref bump and was knocked out for like five minutes even though he was a retired wrestler and not a frail referee. The McMahon-Helmsley Regime got the ring to attack the Rock. Undertaker returns. Lays waste to the heels. Then he chokeslams Triple H with about 30 seconds left. Michaels is apparently still unconscious and doesn't appear to see the chokeslam. The clock ran out. Undertaker then got HHH with a Tombstone. Michaels disqualifies the Rock which made it 6-5 for The Game.

Why do people in Kayfeb bother to make Michaels the guest referee in matches? All he's ever done is screw one of the guys in it or make the match needlessly problematic than it has to be.

@@WrestleTalk i disagree. Yes looking at it back the should have never let him in the Ring after Wrestlemania 30! Only if Sting vs Taker would made sense at WM 31 but instead the buried Bray Wyatt. But the streak ending was in top 3 of the biggest Wrestlemania Moments ever.

John Covington because it was a top3 biggest Wrestlemania moments doesn’t mean it was a good decision. The streak should have never been broken it should have been remembered the one thing in wwe history that was truly unbeatable, but no they let Brock win because he and Paul was bitching about not have a title match at mania but if they were going to end the streak let someone who needs the push do it not some who isn’t on television for most of the year

@@rexall7242 the fact the he is only there 2-3 times a year (at that time) was perfect. Imagine Reigns saying almost every time he broke the streak! With Lesnar they did everthing right he mauled Cena for the title.

@@rexall7242 The only thing that was BS is that Goldberg beat him that fast. So basically the streak was ended by a guy who lost fast to a 50 year old who hasnt been wrestling since 2004.

God Almighty Cena? Watching Undertaker getting five knuckle shuffled and then an AA for the win would be the worst ending to the streak at least Brock made it look like he really hurt him and Cena would never turn heel that time has passed my friend.

@Stephen Hawking Before I even saw the video for Adam Blampied's video about Cena ending the streak, I had the idea that cena breaks the streak and turns heel and and I think others had this idea too. the problem with the streak was that there was no promising young talent who could credibly break the streak and exploited this victory as best as possible in 2014/2015 and from 2016 Taker was no longer able to make a good match (he was too old and his hip crippled him. If cena had broken the streak in 2014, cena should have turned heel, create a clan (which includes other legend like orton, jericho, cm punk) we should have had a reign of terror of cena for 2 years (kind of like triple H from 2002 to 2005). Then promising young wrestlers could have started beating cena and members of his clan to become stars. But now by applying such a scenario, the reputation of cena with the children would have been destroyed and the WWE would have lost a lot of money . But I admit that even for me sacrificing the streak to get a heel turn of cena would have driven me crazy, I could not have accepted such a thing. And also the world titles should not have been reunited or at least the WWE should have created a new major title after WM 30 because by doing this much less wrestlers could try their luck at the WWE titles (besides this is what which happened in the end). It took 2 years (2014 to 2016) for WWE to finally decide to create a major new title, they really were stupid. How they could have taken so long to decide to create another major title.
