Ok something I never understood now don't get me wrong I know it's a story line but did miss Elizabeth supposedly had a fling in the story line or was Ric Flair just playing Savage
@alanguages5 жыл бұрын
@@cuzdogg839 The latter to get into Savage's head. What happened after WM8 however was in real life Savage and Elizabeth had marital problems and they divorced. Hence, the Savage and Flair rematch was crap. Savage did not care anymore. On a memorable note, Flair did a drop kick in the rematch. How many times can someone say they have seen that?

i thought (and still kinda do think it), they had real life beef, since UT was in the stands at that UFC event Brock lost, and they were interviewing him as a losing Brock walked by, and they started jawin and talkin about if "you wanna go??".... that was kinda right around when i got back into wrestling, so when i saw them working a match in WWE, i couldn't believe it...everything i had read about that said that those 2 really didn't like each other at all... and even if it IS true, kudos to them even more for being professional and putting on a rivalry that was great

I love how they managed to make Jeff Hardy look so bad but still be the fan favorite. I mean before the feud even really kicked off for good, Jeff was accusing Punk of getting disqualified on purpose when he injured his eye and accidentally kicked the referee, then Jeff during their tag match pretended to injure his eye so he couldn't tag in. That's a total heel move but he was the good guy and then later Punk was bringing it to people's attention that Jeff is not a good role model with his drug addiction and all that and people even boo'd that. (and what made it funnier is that days after leaving WWE Jeff was in trouble for drugs again)
