10 Year Harbor Freight Greenhouse Review

I bought this Harbor Freight greenhouse about 10 years ago. It is a 6x8. In my review, I will show you how it has held up and how it has worked out for me. I will discuss the durability and how well it has held up. It has been tested under heavy snow load and some wind drama. I will show you what I have been able to grow in it.

Bonjour! Très intéressant! Je vous suggère de ne pas attendre et faire les petites réparations au fur et à mesure. Je n’ai pas la même serre mais elle est toujours très fonctionnelle même après 30 ans! Pas ou presque pas de rouille! La structure est encore très forte! J’ai évidemment changé les panneaux à cause de l’opacité mais pas pour des bris. Je suggère de choisir des panneaux assez épais. Ils seront résistants au vent et apporteront un peu d’ombre en été sans trop nuire aux culture. Les serres en verre sont très très belles mais hyper chaude et/ou froide. Je conseille aussi de mètre du silicone sur tous les joints! et Et bien ancrer la serre! Elle mesure 8x10, avec tablettes, led et chauffage. J’habite au Québec.

Some use h vac tape on some seams to keep water off and self tap screws on side beams.

I just purchased a American one sawmill from the 1920s ...I will show it on video soon... going to set it up to work with my bandsaw mill ...cheers

I think that’s a well built greenhouse to last that long. I bet todays won’t let that long. I’ve looked at the older ones used and they have thicker metal than todays very flimsy.

It wouldn’t surprise me if the newer ones aren’t as good. That’s the problem with making a 10 year review, 10 years later you can’t get the same product.
