Some value development, pointing at improvement in infrastructure and India’s elevation on the global stage. Others base it on welfare schemes and the haphazard implementation of policies like NEP. And almost everyone has something to say on the state of communal harmony in India.

It took 70 years for petrol to reach 70. But in just ten years, it reached 105. It took 70 years for milk to reach 30. But now it's more than doubled in just ten years. It took 70 years for LPG to reach 400. But they more than doubled in 10 years! These youngsters were probably barely aware of prices ten years ago, they must have been like 7-10 year old. What basis of comparison do they actually have to say things are better understanding Modi?
