I had only Pens and nibs. Had my very first Technical Pen, my second year of College! The art Teachers we’re having a War! The Inky War of Artist VS Engineering drawing! My Art teacher did crazy fine line highly complicated drawings- he had a mechanical background built his on Pianos. The other teacher was an Architectural engineering artist. He was dead set against - “ Just Artist” should touch Koh-I-noir Technical Pens. They still had the rubbery inside for ink reservoir. The ink you used could melt your pen.

The Platinum Preppy remains my EDC workhorse. I've given away quite a few of these to friends interested in fountain pens. The Pilot Frixion is the pen I wish we had back in the 1980's instead of that dratted EraserMate, lol. In 2020 I'm looking to acquire more bottled ink in awesome green hues. Thanks JetPens for two years of me giving you my money 🤑💵😊.

PILOT Frixion which I used since 2016.. Zebra Sarasa is good, but I love Pilot frixion, esp. Blue. But never let go the Faster Ballpoint. A conventional one.. But that's the best of Indonesian product. Far away from Japanese, but I still love it. But yea.. since 2016 I buy refill for my Friction. Very helpfull for my field survey.

Before I got my Sakura Pigma Microns I used Ballpoint ink. Once in a blue moon I would be given good pens that didn't use Ballpoint Ink. I thought they were gel pens before I saw art youtubers and heard of Microns. My Sakura Pigma Microns have helped me a ton. I'm still using the original pack of Microns I got two years ago. They have a special place in my heart. :)

Pens! I have been with JetPens- since the beginning. Favorite? All Pens! Have my EnerGel (Liquid Gel Ink) Pentel. In my hand. Waiting to use my Uni Jetstream 4&1 Red 0.5mm in my HoBo - the zipper Black Cover about to be housing the new Hobo Special -Edition Steiff. Wishing I could have had the Steiff - Chocolate Teddy cover set. But I have the Hobo cover set, going in right now. Setting up for 2020. Have Hi-Tec-C Maica -Pilot 0.4mm. Wish I could have them all! I find the timeschedule off for a couple of these pens. The triplus fineliner has been on the market for almost nine years (used to come in either a plastic case or a roll up pencil case design), I'm not sure why the frixon was given an award at that time for the side click retractable style has been around for longer than that as well.

I’m a bit confused at the 2011 Sakura Micron pick 😕 It sounds like it’s not the release of a new pen design, but rather the Micron was sold w/ the Zentangle set? If that’s correct, perhaps it caused a popularity boost to the Micron? Otherwise I’m a lil disappointed

Biggest disappointment of the year for me is how cheaply made the Energel feels. I’ve always been a Uni person. Jetstream and Vision and decided to try an Energel. It has the same cheap feel of a giveaway pen. The needle tip does write nice and fine but they need better build quality.

yep, you're right, it does only end at the end of 2020 if you look at the way time is measured. but you would not count 2030 as being part of the 20s lol or should they be called the 21s acc. to you? ;) that's why decades go from the beginning of x0 to the end of x9 ... it just counts the years that begin with the same number

@@CelilasArt LLAP115 i mean, for what i been told and the time measure, it begins with a x1 and end with a x0, but we are in the 22 century now? cause you always count a the next number of the years, until 2200. Sorry, i dont speak english very well, so i didnt understand part of the question
