Yea, it happens twice every day. Morning and evening as the sun is low in the sky. I used to pick a bunch of unripe ones, but now I pick early and late and rarely get the immature ones. These limas will yield until frost, but they take 5 times as long as a green bean to mature. Thanks for watching

Yes, these lima beans came from S. GA. They will bear until frost. As long as you water and pick, they will keep producing. I'm about to fertilize them again, 10 10 10, and they will make a mass of bean plants like you have never seen before.
