1:34 The tenses should be consistent. It's is a contraction of 'it is', not 'it was'. If Robin is asking for a summary of how the weather was during the whole day, she will ask "How was the weather?" Esther will answer "It was nice and sunny." If Robin want to know how the weather is now so she knows whether to wear a coat, for instance, she will ask "How is the weather?" Esther will say "It's nice and sunny."
