That's not an SPAA it's actually an APC, it's a mobile armed troop carrier.

more of an early ifv as an apc is only to get the troops to the location and drop them of and run away but not to far as the troops may need the apc to get them out.an ifv stays with the troops supporting them with a cannon,auto cannon,HMG,ATGM,LMG or any other weapon.

Fun fact, this tank was developed in th 60s and 70s as a eight man apc or ifv for the swedish army in response to a better apc fo their army to fight the ussr if there was a war to start.

I remember using that a while ago it was pretty good. The only really bad thing about it was the turret speed was pretty slow compared to a lot of other AA.

Probably to protect compartments, maybe there is a transmission there, or to give better protection against mines, this tanks doesnt need much protection since its used under cover and only the machine gun meant to peak and shoot

@@AlgerianAce I had the same thoughts initially but an experienced crew is infinitely more valuable than a piece of equipment, you know what I mean? If I was in charge of a platoon I couldn’t care less if the vehicle gets disabled as long as my crew is alive. (I still understand that a well placed mine can disable both the crew and vehicle but hopefully you get what I’m saying)
