About this channel: Hi! I'm Garry. I'm 40 years old. I skated a bit when I was young but quit after 3 rather lazy years of just hanging around in skateparks. Now, after a 18 year break, I decided to invest some real pain into skateboarding and really start progressing. This is my third year back on the wheels and I feel like I can surpass my old self by far. Why? Because I never tried to really learn new tricks when I was young. I always gave up pretty fast because I didn’t now how to do it and no one was showing me how to do it. Now, with the help of youtube and some new friends, I think it’s only about determination and commitment. And… in my case patience… I also I think it’s never too late to skate, and all you need is the right mindset to keep on going. Skateboarding is a never ending quest, uniting characters and styles so let's do this ride together, shall we? We old bones need some inspiration and all of your support. Let’s just keep on rollin’ together until our wheels fall off, right?… ;)

9,10, 13,14 aren't real tricks. 21 didn't see the ollie 27 nice 61 lovely 87 aw man that was close nice try 93 is frontside 50 not 5050 but still nice 95 love it, thats magic thought we were getting 100 but nope you got more, 118 love the foot plant from 20 onward was great, you make me want to skate so much but its snowing its almost 2am and I am drunk

Drunk often means honest ... :D That's kind of a nice dissection of the tricks. I was however surprised you chose 9,10,13 and 14 as not being real tricks. My guess was that you picked all the stupid stall and rock combos, which imho are not real tricks but more like combos of easy tricks. Than again, for old farts like me, they might seem like tricks...LOL! Funny comment dude! Had me laughing and thinking at once! Thanks for the detailed and fun feedback mate! Stay safe ^^

Inspiring! thank you so much. I'm 42 and cant skate street anymore due to injuries so I would need to focus on transition skating from now on, I only have 15 tricks and I keep on doing the same ones every time I skate, your video would help me a lot ! Love from Singapore

Nice video and cool bag of tricks, man! I really don't get why you chose that order of presenting them, like when you pass from fakie 270 50 to kick turns, slashes and manuals that I personally would have left out but hey, it's your video and you can do what you want of it. Made me laugh cause when I saw those and the tricks where you missed the coping or slip out I thought "Damn this dude is doing so many tricks in just one session that he went insane and started tripping, ahahahah!". I enjoy so much this style of videos where you have a compilation of tricks back to back so I can choose some to learn and have fun. Suscribed, keep up with these!

VERY nice video, thanks! I'm over the 4-0 hump as well and I returned to skating the other year after like 23 year gap and will most definitely play catch-up to you with this list of tricks! Any practical hints or thoughts on how to (dare to) practice blunt to fakies? My rock to fakie is solid, but have hard time even nose grabbing or blunt > rock to fakie-ing back in. Cheers!

Dude you're killing it with style. Funny thing is out of all of those the switch drop in would be the hardest for me I think. 64 was rad. 74 to whatever haha. 91 5-0 to tail slide. I really like that trick. "Smell my shoe" is that really a trick? Boardslide look fun. If you are up to a how to on that one I would be interested. Did you know you had 120 in you. That is damn impressive! Nice edinding credits.

Small my shoe is probably not a trick name for real, no... xd... which boarslide you wanna learn? I recommend Boardslide to fakie as it is the easiest one but everyone's different so.... you choose! Will be a pleasure doing it :)
