The active participle is commonly used for continuous, especially in spoken Arabic, and to a lesser extent in standard Arabic, examples of the important ones provided in the video. أنا ذاهب I am going أنا نائم I am sleeping As opposed to using the verbs.

masdars are important. if you have time, in the future vids, you can include the verb type and masdar as well :)
