Right click on the command prompt on taskbar, then again right click on command prompt... Then run as administrator

Just came from a video from June 5, 2022. Same issue, however none of the methods work due to corruption in my System32 folder. These processes will always fail as long as System32 is corrupted, so I am resetting my computer now. I’ll let you know how things went once Windows 10 is reinstalled

@@brayantube7311 Try reinstalling the windows in your pc thorugh bootable pendrive ...I also faced same problem my pc was not even resetting and was stuck on this loop only reinstalling the windows helped me get my pc back to working
