Imagine i have both S22 ultra 1tb and Iphone 15pro 128gb, but all of the Gta games apparently only can be installed on the iphone. Compatibility issue on S22ultra.

If nothing helps & most probably it is due to an android manifest issue. The permission set on the android manifest (set of installer instructions) does not meet your device characteristics.
