Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I attempt to do a whole house declutter!! I challenged myself to get rid of 100 items! ... Did I Do It?! haha a little click bait there... even though it's not click bait because you already clicked on this video and the question was in my description box... We don't mess around with crappy click bait here, just sayin.
Anyway! I go through my house room by room and do a quick declutter of my whole house! You guys have been with me on my journey to declutter stuff from my life that no longer serves me or my family so I hope you enjoy this quick declutter!!

Had array of empty bags of little chips kids eat hidden under the couch when went to do a deep vaccume for the month.. guess I need to start doing it once a weekly it would be better when off from school 😅

At my age people seem to cling to their THINGS and we certainly can't take this stuff with us. Life is much simpler if we do exactly as you are doing and joyful. Keep it up and inspire us to continue myself I do one room a month from ceiling to floors all the energy I have at 81.

I learned this lesson five years ago when my dad died. I spent two weeks cleaning out my childhood home and only took one small box of family treasures. The rest was donated to the Salvation Army. Such a valuable lesson about stuff not being important.

these are my favorite types of videos! Dana from Slob comes clean says to stack your food containers with the lids on so you’re inclined to keep less and the lids are already all attached. I adopted this approach and o can happily say that i’ve needed less than I thought I would. happy decluttering!

We had Samaritan house come by this past Monday for a pick up. We had our porch filled with stuff for donation. It felt SO GOOD!! Hubby, son, and I cleaned up our spare room and attic cubbies in that room. A bunch of stuff others can probably use. That room is finally ready if we have guests. They can now get to the bed…

For lunchboxes, I have converted to mostly ones with the lids attached to them, that way they are always together and stack neatly. It definately helps :) Love your declutter though Kim, and all of your videos xx

Yes! My kids have boring bento boxes. But they nest, and that's the important thing for me! They each have their own color lid though, and that makes each kid feel special, lol. I am willing to throw out almost anything if it could be replaced with a space saving option.

Just on the way to clean my disabled brother's house and definitely needed some motivation for cleaning and sounds like a challenge to declutter some more things in my house as we are very slowly redecorating rooms. Love what you say about buying things when you feel like a certain person. I do that all the time when I feel brave that I will wear and then don't!!

I’ve lost weight and needed some new summer capris jeans so I went to goodwill. Sure enough I found some! Happy day! My bigger ones will go to goodwill because they’re still in good shape. I’m with you, I love a good declutter!

Tried a little decluttering this weekend. I am pleased to say that it is harder now as most of what is left is being used! Went through my storage container area and got rid of random lids and bottoms. Definitely a place that has to be revisited every couple of months. Feels good!

Hey Kim, for my Tupperware drawer I put a shelf divider and then you can put one bin on top and another one on the bottom. Keep your smaller ones in one and the bigger ones in another. It works for me. ☺️☀️

My all time favorite veggie tray is my Tupperware one. Such great quality, easy to transport & can prep days before & everything stays fresh. Plus if your taking dip or dressing it has the container with lid that fits in there also.

For water bottles, we got horizontal acrylic holders. you can see all the bottles without pushing them around. For lunch containers we have only one type of container in two heights, so all the lids fit both heights. Love your content. The brass candlesticks are beautiful. Just throw them up on a shelf in any room and it's an automatic glow up.

You can repurpose dryer sheets for when you travel, add one to the luggage and clothes with stay fresh also I believe they keep away bugs...I also use when storing "off-season" clothing items. FYI 😉

I put dryer sheets in my dresser drawers. It makes dried clothes smell even better. I also put them in my stored clothes. Have a good day.

Definitely would throw out aaaaallllll the lunch containers and start over. (Most plastic containers are recyclable) Bento boxes are a great option for each kiddo to have their own. Oh, and wine bottle racks are PERFECT for water bottles.

I started putting the bottoms for my containers inside each other to save space and put the lids in a bin from the dollar store. Has kept things looking pretty organized in my cabinets!

Your videos always crack me up and bring me joy! I would put all the water bottles/plastic containers in the larger cabinet, and move the appliances in the smaller cabinet since containers end up in the larger cabinet.

for your lunch containers, use that bin! get more of them. put all the lids in one and then put in by type - stack your square together and round together in descending size. put them in separate bins and then pull out the bin you need. add shelves if you need to, but bins would probably be the best use of the space. if you do decide to get all new, get them all matching so that they stack together. then just pull the lid you need from the lid bin (which would easily fit on the top shelf of that cabinet).
