I love the FAL, probably my favourite gun in the game, its not op like the vector but its good, like you said to make it a 3 shot armor or 4 shot exo kill you got to put a long barrel on it which makes the recoil just awful but you get used to it if you really want that fast ttk and you learn the full auto, burst, fast tap and slow tap ranges so it has a very high skill sealing i only got my fist 100+ kill games after using it for hours (about 3k kills with it) so its rewarding and doesnt get boring like most of the other laser beam guns like the vector where basicly just need the osprey and drum mag for 100+ kill games and it doesnt take hours to master like the FAL. God please i hope they never nerf it, it doesnt need a nerf like the vector, i can get more kills with other guns but its just so satifying to use :)

Just got the FAL. It shreds, but it takes some getting used to killing people so fast and having a bit less ammo. Also the horizontal recoil balances it out well so you can't full auto people at 80m as easily as you can with the M4. Overall an amazing assault rifle and might be my new main, replacing the M4.

My main was the fal had about 5530 kills before i prestiged and i already miss it, its not like the p90 and vector where it just gets boring after a while since they are just so busted. If you ever see this try -Se5 grip (Or if you want the extra Hoz recoil reduction use B C M grip but IMO Se5 is the way to go) -Muzzle flash hider -Quick mags -Red dot This was my and maybe the best go to build for the fal IMO just let me know what you think

Just wondering, why don't people pick back up their mags WHILE they're doing the hold-r reload. Especially for the guns with longer reloads, If you're going to be vulnerable while reloading wouldn't it be better to have the empty mag still in your inventory so you could still resupply?

dumb question, i just started playing the game and cant get a xhair to show up - messed with all the game settings like putting xhair at max size; anyone else had this problem? I notice you still 3 shotted a lot even without the long/heavy barrel. It makes you realize that an "extra" shot to kill doesn't really matter especially for the downsides. I am gonna test again my buddy who has actual armor to see the differences and also if the bleed will finish them off anyway.
