Probably if you just give classic sonic be homing attack and also a modern sonic model it would just basically be sonic generations, but without the boost formula

@@MarcGamesSudiosAndStuff I would also have to somehow remove the speed cap on his rolling physics because at the moment, that is the biggest handicap regarding classic sonic in modern stages. Rolling in this particular build is completely useless as you run faster downhill

​@@ThemFish75no no, that makes it more accurate to sonic adventure because the rolling in that game does butt fuck nothing (which is probably why the spamdash always felt mushy and unsatisfying to use)

Fr, generations has a really cool OST, the music changes depending on speed, boost, under water, and location (large empty rooms eco the music)

Only for Act 2 of GH and SS sad they there aren't more but they aren't the best sounding so I'm not to mad

@@BT_Official2011 true, I would love future Sonic games to try and incorporate a similar feature in the future. You can think of it as a kinda “reward” for good gameplay

@@ThemFish75 yea tho my only issue with them is that there easy to hear in sonic gens cuz you can put on speed up blast off acceleration and what ever else to go really fast so it breaks the adaptiveness

@@BT_Official2011 true, but who knows, maybe later games won’t have automatic speed boosts like ya know, the boost. That would definitely balance it out a bit more.

Surprisingly most of the mods I’m using here are really old. Only ones that are new are the classic sonic enhancement mod (that just changes his animations) and the 3D Spindash (self explanatory). All the others are older, this video in particular required a lot of attempts as it would often break

Yes, one of the mods I am using is called the “Classic Sonic Improvement” mod. One of the features in said mod is the ability to use the drop dash.

If you want, you can see it in action a lot during the large chopper chase in Green Hill

Probably because the camera is so zoomed in compared to how it is in the 2D sections of the game. Normally in 3D, you would boost to make the camera go further away, but because Classic does not have the boost, the camera stays pretty close to him

Unfortunately, due to how Classic Sonic is programmed, it is faster to run downhill in 3D compared to rolling. That and his turning radius becomes so bad that you constantly hit walls

I wanted to have a false dubious title, while still making it apparent that it’s fake, so I guess that’s kinda what I was going for 🤷‍♂️

No, at the moment, there is no official way to use the models and animations from Sonic Speed Simulator as the only company’s who would have key access to those files would be Sega and whatever company is running SSS (I forgot the secondary company). The animations used in the video here are by the Classic Sonic enhancement mod. Even if we did have the animation files from Sonic Speed Simulator, I feel like porting that over to a more complex rig like this would be a nightmare.

Yah, but to be fair. Sega does have a really good Classic Sonic model thanks to superstars, so there is a chance we see them port that model over
