last question 's answer option d , because the statement says that those captains that have won the worldcup are the most deserving ones but that does not necessarily imply that all captains who are deserving should win the world cup.

They included "only" Which implies that "only" Most deserving caps have won the wc and in opt 1 it says that ricky pointing is the most deserving cap as he won the wc! So it'll be true but in the second opt it says msd never won a wc so he's not a deserving cap but there's nowhere in the passage stating that whoever doesn't win a wc Is not a deserving captain

Then the number comes Poor unaccounted- 10,000 Rich unaccounted- 1,000 Which is largely varied despite benig the same percentage. So, is this the right answer just because it is best among the options
