Thats bcz 15-30% material and making and rest is brand cost, same way Ray Ban manufacturing cost is estimated 30$ but you know how much they sell it market

They are claiming that their jackets will survivie in -10 temperature

Its the tag price moreover there are different quality leather jackets available, you could the one they are selling is leather buy low quality, but they also have high quality leather jackets costs somewhere 4500. I have 7 leather jackets all bought from Bikaji and my Zara jacket got chipped in a year from collar.
