In case you don’t know, 16:22 is the Siberian Dancing Lady. They say there’s a lady (or multiple of them) who dances around at night to try attract attention. The reason they do this is so that when someone spots her, she starts chasing them and I think it’s a way of luring people as their victims for murder. I heard a lot of myths about this and I’m not sure if it’s true.
