Hey guys! HyRoolLegend coming at you guys with another video of Cookie Run Kingdom. Caramel Choux Cookie is here! BUT she seems like a 100% SKIP...I don't know if this is an early April's Fool Day joke from Devsisters but she seems like a good one to skip for most players with Snapdragon, Icicle Yeti, and Parfait already built! I hope so... That healing is NOT. They should make the burst heal a bit higher like 150% and... not like a poop burst heal ☠️ it's like cream puff's skill but on budget and worse version, and also they should make her skill cast faster 🙂

The problem with these new epic cookies is that they fail to compete for their niche due to how broad the niche is. At least Matcha had the niche of extending poison debuff. However, Butter Roll has to compete with other stun units like Brute and Burnt Cheese while Choux has to compete with both shielders, healers, and buffers. It sounds bad, but they really need more complexity to their skills to be able to find a unique use compared to preexisting cookies. For example, Butter Roll could also summon dough monsters or have a buff for every enemy he hits with his skill. Caramel Choux could have had a super strong single HP shield that was stronger than Financier or PV, but did not have the debuff immunity or area coverage + injury removal that those skills have, giving her a unique role.

I don't think creampuff without magic candy was better than caramel choux. Definitely not as bad as OG cream puff and maybe we can get a revival for her in the future (hopefully sooner than later)

Never thought I'd hear a 100% stay away cookie. I think she would have been better if her multipliers were doubled and she buffed Atk, Defense, and HP by a percentage instead of a flat amount.

It's so funny to me that there are new supports/healers being added, even if some are good (like Silverbell) none will be good enough to replace Snap dragon. They are literally releasing rare cookies: pull and let it mold in the collection

Caramel Choux is better the weaker you are because those flat stat buffs are really weak late game when dps cookies get ~110k ATK and 480k HP (from my 3* WL with Beascuit) all the way up to ~210k ATK and 277k HP (from my 5A SF with Beascuit + full Rasp). The Friendly Helper flat buffs not being changed based on skill level is horrible for late game scaling so starting out a new account they'll be very helpful but they'll fall off.

flat increase has to be super high to be significant in at this stage of the game where cookies get to 500k power easy and maybe even 6-700k max, her buff is like a 1% power increase lol

I'm kind of getting down on the game, I don't need every Epic to be a meta changing fiend but like, every single goddamn cookie released this year is a total dud and flop. I have absolutely no desire to build any of them and I've been playing since Pumpkin Pie was introduced Devsis needs to get it together because I'm having a hard time keeping my guild together in the sea of 'sorry this cookie sucks'

yup. exactly. plus snapdragon can be obtained do for free and can go up to 5A pretty easily if you're consistent. I don't see any reason for me to spend crystals for another support.

i think the main issue with her kit is i think devsis was trying to make her a “jack of all trades” support via friendly helper but also have ok scalings to make her not op. but that made her just be mediocre over all. i think they either need to increase either her buffs or her healing if they want to make any changes 😭😭😭

Honestly, I think she can work on a creme brulee atk spd comp but she would need to be able to hold the spd buff as she becomes a literal periodic heal bot😃. Though, there should be a holly berry in a team like that so she can tank most of the damage the team takes so she doesnt explode

Fr spent have of my diamonds saving and ended up getting her and dc in a two in one deal. So lesson learned, spend your diamonds until you get what you want and maybe get a two in one deal in the same time👍

Honestly when I tested her out on Dark 10-31 level 1 no toppings, beascuits, or anything she healed 1.2 million hp and this was with white lily cookie. White lilies cookies attack didn't go up much since she was averaging around 150k and it went up to 180k+. I might not build her since I am a f2p player but I think shes amazing

Could she work on AOD or Guild Battle in general? She doesnt deal debuffs and guild battle teams normally include non-meta cookies for some reason lol
