California is such an amazing state, that I wanted to share some of my favorite places from all over the state to encourage you to travel California next year. This list is 100 amazing spots that will show you some of the best that California has to offer. From the waterfalls of Yosemite to the history of San Francisco, the state has a lifetime worth of adventures if you go in search of them. Born and raised Californian. I’m shocked at how much more there is to do! So much more. And quite a few of these I hadn’t even heard of! Might I add don’t miss Doc Bernstein ice cream at bravo farms. Or cheese curds at Turlock Dust Bowl. And a beer tasting at Dust Bowl with the cheese curds. I hate what’s happened to our once wonderful state but there is still so much beauty. Wonderful reminder

Great list! I have lived in CA most of my life and there are still things on your list that I haven't done yet. Great to add to my list of places I'd like to see here in our home state. Aren't we lucky to live in a state with so many amazing places and things to do and see?!

Have you ever done a video on Julian, CA? It would probably be a fun weekend for you guys, they have apple picking, there's a mine tour, a wolf sanctuary, and the pies there are incredible, especially from Mom's Pie House. Anyway, just a suggestion if you're ever looking for video ideas.

The thing I will enjoy the absolute most in this video is riding the gondola at Heavenly Mountain in South Lake Tahoe, especially because I have a season pass for Heavenly Mountain! The Heavenly Gondola was built by Doppelmayr in 2000, and it has Doppelmayr DT-108 grips, CWA Omega cabins, and a capacity of 2,800 people per hour. It's 12,149 feet long and 2,874 feet tall!

You forgot the town of McCloud, Hayden Hill, Eagle Lake Goose Lake, You stop at Lassen but there is much more to North Eastern Ca. The history of the Tule Lake Japanese Internment Camp. How about looking into Fort Bidwell and try going over Fandango Pass going into Oregon

Great video, if I get off the beaten path into the Central Valley there an ice cream shop in Hanford. Great ice cream and a cool little town, has a back to the future look. And coalinga an hour away where Harris ranch is, great steak and food.

@@californiathroughmylens No Josh; The park where the Giants play in San Francisco. You could easily do a 45 minute video. That outfield is a Park for kids; and the food is amazing. Tons of stuff.

I love your videos. May I suggest a video on the Trees of Mystery. It is up close to Crescent City. It is really beautiful up there. My husband and I took our kids there last year and it was amazing. We wanted to go back this year but couldn’t because my Dad got sick and we had to cancel. We plan to go back in 2023.

Planning to do a drive to Northern California next summer for Yosemite and the Redwood National Forest. Any other recommendations for the area? Planning for a week vacation.

Lots of great stops between Yosemite and Redwoods, consider driving the PCH portion from San Fran to Mendocino, can always add Point Reyes if you have time. Avenue of the Giants drive is another top one for me as well.
