Ingredients:
1. 2 cups fresh curd (yogurt)
2. 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander (cilantro)
3. 1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves
4. 1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust as per taste)
5. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
6. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
7. Salt, to taste
8. Rice flour and miada
9. Oil, for deep frying
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the curd, chopped coriander, mint leaves, green chili, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well.
2. Gradually add the rice flour and maida as shown in the video then cook well and continue mixing until a firm dough forms.
3. Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking, then pinch small portions of the dough and roll them into round, even-sized balls. and then into rings..
4. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Once hot, gently slide the dough balls into the oil, taking care not to overcrowd the pan.
5. Fry the rings on medium heat until they turn golden brown, flipping them occasionally for even cooking.
6. Once done, remove the Mosaru Kodbale from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
