www.TraciBogan.com Century old decrepit Coffins at La Recoleta Cemetery is a famous cemetery located in the exclusive Recoleta neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It contains the graves of some of the most important Argentines, including Eva Perón, Raúl Alfonsín, and several presidents of Argentina. It was ERIE to see bones, ahes, crypts & stacks of coffins of people 100 years deceased! Cats followed us everywhere & it smelled of attic in some places.

But I don't blame you for being curious to take a look into em, as they said before, you didn't take anything so I don't see the prob. I always take a look too every time I see stuff like this. But anyway, besides this, this cemetery is beautiful, It has some unique architectural style. One of my favorites for sure.

I had a dream once of a beautiful cemetery by the sea, which was kept nice by the groundskeeper, an old man skeleton dressed in a clean white shirt and jeans, with the little scrap of a white beard still clinging to his chin. He was beyond happy just to have a visitor, and offered us chocolate chip cookies.

@@maryfreebed9886 Thanks for sharing. My dream was I came to cemetery that had rows of crosses all leading to a ancient Greek architecture circular building (360° of steps). I follow a line of crosses, go up the steps, and it's got baby carriages lined up like the crosses outside. The carriages are not only of varying antique vintages, but some looked like from other countries like China for example. Then I followed them to the middle to a woman with her back to me dressed in ancient Greece fashion. She spun around, and pointed "OUT" which she did not say, but was conveyed. Last thing I remember was walking down the steps as if I was to embark on a journey. I've learned that the subconscious is very creative.

It does indeed look like a little city! These are small mausoleums that families have for their dead. Some of them need to have latches and locks replaced so that strangers cannot just step into them. Possibly these families don't have any family members that come by anymore. How sad to see the small coffins of children. What a beautiful and fascinating cemetery. Some of the mausoleums are beautiful and ornate. The way Traci uses the word "creepy" for a cemetery makes me think she has been influenced by too many horror movies.

it will look so bad when not maintained well with those stacks of coffins or ones lying around. I’m a lil wondered how strong those wooden coffins are. being exposed to air directly etc. yes some might crack or broken. what makes it interesting is they use no vaults to keep the coffins just like the ones in mausoleums. I also wonder if they have good drainage system, I cant imagine how bad if those in ground rooms full of stacks of coffins being submerged in water😁

Asa? Am văzut cimitire in alte tari ce-i drept îs arși in crematoriu?
