I noticed that the video is the same with 100 years of pants so maybe that's the reason why they added did their make up video for it not look very similar.

If the focus is shirt, why do these models wear pants. Think a bit...

To give you the feel of the eras...if they didn't it would all look the same..how could you tell if it was a different era without the different makeup trends to go with it...just like in everyday life some people match their makeup with their clothes and it has probably been a non stop trend since the beginning of time to do that.

The make up looks were according to each decade and on point. It kind of completed the look imo.

In every time period you will look into, people have been dressing the same just to not be left out of the community. Plus, it depends where you live, in a lot of places in the world aka not in North America nor some countries in Europe, you will be look at weirdly if you only wore a crop top and short shorts in public
