It amazes me when you bushcrafters build a wood fire, in a wood fire place, on top of a wood platform and never seem to burn down your building, or the forest.

On another note: I recall always saying tall enough to stand up in and wide/long enough to lay down in. But, I never said anything about building a sky scraper in the jungle. CRIKEY! You are just full of surprises. (grins) Don't you also have a beautiful cat? There's probable a dog hanging around somewhere and maybe a pet snake? Do you speak parcel-toung too? @@Mr.TBushcraft Yes, it's been playing on the History channel for about 10 seasons. YT doesn't allow outside links but "Alone tv show" and "Alone tv show application" will get you all the info. With your skills and videos, they would probably love to have you as a contestant. Winner gets $500,000. Let us know how it goes. :)

What kind of bird is that? Based on that beek I'd say some kind of RAPTOR? I'm watching with the sound OFF so if you've told us what kind of bird that is, I didn't hear it, and it's not listed in your description. Honestly, I don't recognize it. An Eagle? A Falcon? Some kind of Owl? A crossbreed of some nature? Maybe an ALIEN? Please, I have to know what planet it comes from. (grins)

@@Mr.TBushcraft Thank you for answering that question. I looked up Falcons and Eagles, and they look somewhat similar, but I couldn't quite find this one.. I did think it was a Falcon, but it has Eagle characteristics, and thought it might be a cross of those two. Again, Thx for the answer.

Im 2/3 through this vidio and have a concern. You don't seem to feed it enough i'v yet to see water. Your hawk is always tide up and wings are spread out. Hawks use their talons to hold food. It would be better for your hawk if you untied at least one leg and tie the other with a lenght of cord so he can eat better. Eventhough you may not eat often birds do eat bugs as they fly and hunt for mice. You're talented at building and fishing but most of all survival.

Lugar lindo, mas o seu trabalho de acabamento em relação ao piso de bambu é simplesmente uma merda. Acomponho outros vídeos com pessoal trabalhando com bambu e os caras dão de 1000 x 0 em vc. Video longo, chato de se ver, cansa e dá calo no olho. Vc até tem vontade mas tem que aprender muito.
