it is biologically easier for men to lose weight and for heavier people to lose weight quickly initially, so the combination of those factors helped. that being said he still did an amazing job for himself and his family. relatively though the women and vardon did great too.

Life with Nicole it’s normal. I used to be 330 (now 251 & counting) and when you’re big you HAVE to make jokes and be crude to yourself. If you make the joke first it takes away from other people’s jokes and bullying. It’s something everyone I know who is or was overweight does. Whether right or wrong it’s a defense mechanism

muscle does not weigh more than fat lol. a pound of muscle is still a pound and a pound of fat is still a pound. muscle is just more dense than fat so it takes up less space. and 7 days is not enough for time for him getting taller or getting muscles to factor in.

@@lukesimbajon9632 the mass of an object is about density, the weight of an object is about gravitational pull. a pound of muscle will still weigh the same as a pound of fat since the person above is talking about weight. if she was talking about density or mass then she would be correct. but she wasn't so it is wrong. no one is measuring the density of a person here, they are measuring their weight. you're the only person sounding stupid here. and obviously its possible in extremes, but vardan isn't some super genetic being lmao, he didn't grow several inches in a week, and its unlikely his muscles/bones expanded in 7 days. growth/strengthening in your bones itself takes time and, and growth in muscles is one of the slowest growth processes in the body. he did good and should be proud, but 7 days still isnt enough time to use the "growing boy" excuse

Alberto Flores54 whether or not he lost 7 pounds or 10 he still worked his ass off and lost weight. i don’t know him personally but that kid is someone i’d be proud of if i was part of his family. Not only did he lose 7 pounds he also motivated his brother who didn’t even want to take part in the challenge to begin with.

It honestly breaks my heart when someone is made fun of for being fat, I used to be fat and every-time someone made fun of me for being fat it ruined my whole day. Some people just can’t control how much they eat and people make fun of them for that. If anything, the ones that hate people for being fat are the disgusting ones.

Yeah, I wish Jeff brought up the ratio. He didn't lose the most weight, but he lost the highest percentage, and it's harder to lose if you weigh less.
