​@@AnkitSingh-fl2rjkeep your feets close and joined as u jump...keep your hands far...if u fear try from 2 or 1 ...it will take time...u can try by not looking at the spin at first ....wear shoes get that rope....and size it....for u.. videos available on internet...also...keep...on your feet and move your wrist not total arms

i started with thousand skipping a day ..and now i am doing 5000 a day ...its been 15 days since i started ..and i reduced to much ..i am doing muscle training too ..i was at 91 when i started skipping ..now i am 85...k kgs in around 15 days ...some day i do 3000 if i feel week ..or else i ll do 5000-6000...to loose weight i would recommend doing more than 2000 ..u can do 300 at a time and do for 6-7 rounds ...i normally do 500 and for 10 times now a days ..

@@saranyasaranya7806 dude doing 5000 is tiresome. Do some 10 minutes skipping continuously and then go for 4km run. Burning 10kgs in 15 days is so wrong. Don't do that. If you are a vegetarian Veg diet Early morning empty stomach warm water 500 to 750ml After 15min 20ml alovera + 20ml amla with warm water 7am workout After workout 1 banana 🍌 or 2 slices bread 🍞 9am oats 50grm + 6 to 8 soaked almonds 11,30am any seasonal fruits 🍉 2pm 1)2 Chapathi + sprouts 1 boul + vegetable 1 boul 2) 1 boul rice + sprouts + vegetables 🍅 4,30pm 6 almonds + 1 fig 8pm 1) 1 Chapathi ( one boul rice) +30grm sprouts + vegetables 🌽 + one spoon 🥄 flex seeds or curd ( small cups)

Without dieting I have jumped 3000times at once this way for 1.6 year it only made me smart and healthy but not fat lose. Dieting is necessary, warm up like 100 10mins break for every warm up don't sit move here and there slowly then 200 and 300 then go for 3000, knees up to hip this helps in increasing the endurance in running

No matter.. weight loss depends on calories Intake and burning..if you burn 300 calories in 3k skipping and eat around 2k calories then you will never reduce your weight lifetime..

True, it doesn't help how south Asian cooking can be very unhealthy, what's helped with me is mixing intermittent fasting with jump rope, even then during my eating window i indulge in unhealthy overeating but still i am losing weight, 17-18 hour of intermittent fasting and jump rope will 🔥 fat fast, just make sure you stay hydrated a lot

1000 wont be suffiecient if u want to reduce ...along with skipping we have to take less calory food to reduce weight ..some times weight wont reduce even if u do skipping for 30 days ..but the look of the body changes ...

Do like 100-rest-100-rest and so on in like a span of one hour and you can do more than 1000 at once if your body can handle it and you're not too exhausted. But if your body can't keep up then just break it up into parts and eventually you'll be able to do it easily without massive breaks. I do this everyday and in the first few weeks I could barely do 50 at once and now I do 200 at once. It's very helpful. AND REMEMBER to wear proper shoes, you could hurt your feet and it can take a few weeks to heal, this happened to me because I did it barefoot for so long.

im 6'5 and 280 lbs i just started doing jumprope for 30 minutes a day every day although i cant do it for longer than a few minutes i think my best is about 3 minutes but once i tire myself out i pause my timer and count out a minute on my watch and i try to get back to it within a minute cant wait to see the results

bro i am doing 5000 per day with less calory food ..and i started from 15 days i reduced 6 kgs which is more ..but i will reduce my exercise when i reach 80 kg ..i started at 95 ...after getting 80 i lll do only 3000 per day ..if u have more weight u should do skipping along with diet ..u will loose for sure ...

i was regular before 4 months . Then i stopped . Now i gained too much weight so I started agin yesterday, 1st day 300, today 450, tomorrow 600 planned. Each session 150 skips continuously. Then rest 5 minutes. That’s what i following.

Keep it up I am at between 1000 and 1500 Mon wed and Fri 2 rounds jog 200 skips 2 rounds jog 200 skips till I complete 10 rounds of a ground. 1 round is 3mins

I mean 90 kg person will take 1 month to lose 10 kg but for 70 kg person it's not possible. My Bw is 75kg and ht is 5.7 ft can i lose 5 kg wt by skipping for one month
