Күн бұрынThe Fontainebleau Las Vegas was over a decade in the making, and finally opened their doors in December of 2023, and with it comes one of the most glamourous steakhouses in all of Las Vegas. Papi Steak has its roots in Miami, where sugar daddies would come to flaunt and flex while they indulged in a top tier steakhouse. Now Papi Steak has made its way to Las Vegas and I'm looking forward to exploring this restaurant with you!

$100 price point is about the average for a ribeye on the Vegas strip so that's definitely something to keep in mind if visiting. That said, I'm also more of a quieter steakhouse experience kind of guy, but my friends and I did have a good time here. Thanks for watching!

Great review. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food looks great. I may be in a small minority, but I am not sure why the background music has to be soo loud since this is NOT a club, but a place to enjoy fine dining. It becomes apparent when Shin seems to have to talk over the loud music. Seems to be a trend in Las Vegas restaurants.....sigh!

It's very loud. You would think for this price point it would be more intimate. Seems pretty over priced. They definitely trying to attract high rollers. The way they plated the food seems nice.

Yes, very very loud in the restaurant. It seems like there's a market for these club like restaurants. It felt like STK at the Cosmo was one of the first, and now it's really popping up everywhere. I'm personally more of a fan of the quieter, more intimate steakhouse experience but I had a lot of fun at this one with my friends. And agreed, definitely for a high rolling crowd. I liked the food a lot, and the restaurant is gorgeous, but I'm more of an old soul and I prefer quieter steakhouses personally. It was so loud in there I really had to amp up my own voice to make sure it got captured lol. Thanks for watching!

Yes, it was very loud in there. If you're more of a fan of a quieter, more intimate experience, then this is not the steakhouse to visit. The wagyu pastrami is definitely available as an entree for sure. I don't see why they would stop you. Thanks for watching!

I lived in south Florida for 25 years and I was at the Fountain Blue in Miami. It was beautiful back in its day. The nightlife was so impressive back then too. Now it’s taken over by thugs and wanna be rappers. Kind of sad considering how cool it used to be. Your meal was over the top and very glamorous. Love the decor and the vibe (except the very loud music). That is some fanfare for the $1000 steak. I think I would need to be hand fed for that price. Ha Ha! But, hey it’s the holidays and you have to splurge once in awhile. Everything looked amazing and it seemed like you and your group had a lot of fun and that is what counts. Happy Holidays Shin!!!

It wasn't so much a flex as being forced lol. The beef case is the signature item at Papi Steak so I had to show it. It's like going to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and not trying the sticky toffee pudding. I was saving up to make this video but luckily, I won about a grand on slots in the prior week while making the food hall video so I didn't have to break my own bank as badly to make this video lol. The chocolate souffle was so good! The vanilla anglaise and the shaved truffle was chef's kiss. Thanks for watching!

Tbh, Shin. I'm left almost speechless. Those prices are absolutely f'in ridiculous!! Not to mention the blasting 80's dance music playing!! That may have turned me off before I even saw the menu. Appreciate your video but just want to say why, Shin, why promote this rip off of a restaurant? $19 for French fries or broccoli? A $1000 steak? Please. A rich, high rollers restaurant I guess. 😮

Very expensive restaurant for sure, and yes, it was very loud in there. That said, it's not about promoting a restaurant of my choosing. If it's a restaurant at a mega resort on the strip, it will eventually make its way onto the channel period. I want to have a comprehensive list of all restaurants available to tourists coming to Las Vegas so they can do their research. I'm only 2 years deep, and it will take another 8+ years to document every restaurant going once a week. New restaurants will always take preference because there's not as much information out there on them as opposed to long time established restaurants on the strip. Thanks for watching!

That part was quite tough. It was so loud in there I wasn't sure how well my sound was coming through on the mic. You definitely had to do some leaning forward to have conversations. The pastrami looked good. The atmosphere was a little noisy for me for a high end steak house. I’d like a little more classy music if I’m paying those prices.

The pastrami was fantastic. That said it was very loud in there for sure. It seems to be a trend in Vegas to have a club like atmosphere while dining. I'm noticing it more and more. Fontainebleau does have a more classic steakhouse though with quieter music and atmosphere. I'll try checking that out as soon as I save up some extra cash. Thanks for watching!

Out of the restaurants reviewed by Shin so far, I can see from his facial expression this has to be one of his favorite steakhouse restaurants. All this eating, I feel like you need to run at least ten miles on the treadmill just to break even with the number of calories consumed with all those rich dishes.

@@VegaswithShin Just finished paying my tuition last year. Regardless, the price of the meals at this restaurant are absolutely outrageous. If people paying their tuition are spending at restaurants such as this, then they have the money to pay back the loans they have taken out.
