Ooooh! I have a 'clearance juniper recumbent Green Mound that is 4 feet 'tall' in a nursery pot. Two 'trunks'. One trunk/limb folds over the support pole and plays into a beautiful conical willow shape! This could work.. not sure if I should air layer ... or what to do with 2nd trunk/limb (split? Or chop? Or. deadwood or ?? ) thank you!

There is insufficient information for me to make constructive suggestions…all of these are possibilities. Splitting is often an option…each piece will grow with some roots…if you cut back the foliage to compensate for the root loss on that one side. Best of luck!
