You make that lightening fast run easier than it really is. I am on my 139 try of trying to get that stupid windmill right around the corner. I can’t. I just can’t with this game. I’m over it. Everything is so hard. I have cried so many tears over this stupid dragon and his friend sparx. I’m over it. I can’t do it anymore.

Try using the d-pad! I had the same problem withe the analog stick, but tried it with the d-pad and got it the first try :)

Alyssa Thurston - I’m an analog stick user and I can’t help but feel that Spyro’s charge turning is much stiffer than the original. So I leaned a little more to the left when charging through the tunnel in case my turn was too wide. Hope you get it!

This level gave me MAD Jak and Daxter 1 vibes. You could easily say this is a crossover between Jak & Daxter and Spyro and say this level was Spyro shutting down a Blue Eco factory, and I'd believe it. I got more Jak and Daxter nostalgia from this map than I did Spyro flashbacks.

I finished the factory glide. Both of them. Before... realizing... the buttons... *slowed.* *Them.* *Down.* That's an hour of my life, needlessly wasted...

No joke... I didn't even know you had to smash the wooden windmills to stop the blades. I've been trying to hop onto them while they were moving 😂 I did successful do them all as well!

This level was a fucking nightmare. And I mean really, I couldn't get past the wall stairs for the electrical room and kept dying and having to run back and do all of those jumps just to get to that one area is hell.

They made the gear grinder sidequest SIGNIFICANTLY easier by changing the fact that they used to yeet out of the level if you’re not fast enough to kill them. While I appreciate it (it made me and my mother almost cry in frustration many times) it made the full star difficulty a bit laughable to me. I’d give it a three. Also kinda miss the way they’d play with the lightning stones and taunt me if they reached their safe spot.

I miss the difficulty level. They also had a loud buzzer sound go off when they came onto the scene.

GameGal123 - Yeah, I miss that huge alarm like sound that signified the gear grinders have come. I do wish they kept some difficulty in the minigames. Or maybe I just played them to the point they aren’t difficult to me unlike others. I even miss the stupid infuriating taunting laugh they used to do when they reached their safe spot.

I actually don't remember how this worked, even when you killed all of them in the old version, they could still respawn? Because I remember this much harder. But it doesn't matter that much, it's just easier. But I just can't understand why they made them into some weird puppets. I also loved the original version, where they take the orbs, taunt you and laught at you, was so much more characteristic than in the reignited version. Really don't understand why they changed them.

I took out all 10 of the purple dudes then I went and put the lightning stones where they go. Made it SO much easier. :)

He didn't. Here they're voiced by Roger Craig Smith, best known for voicing Sonic the Hedgehog.

They really couldn't let Tom Kenny voice the electrolls? That SpongeBob voice was an essential part of them characters

Actually, I believe Nickelodeon has specifically made a rule for Tom to not to use his sponge bob voice outside for other medias; which is why every other Tom Kenny character doesn’t sound like spongebob.

So in the last room that you rammed the button and turned off the machine, you'll notice there's 4 "ports" for those electrical spheres we had to spit earlier in the level- and incidentally, there's 4 spheres leftover from that part of the level as well. If one can 100% the level without making that trip up to that last room 4x with the electrical spheres, why are they there?

DALOOMSDOO I just went up with a sphere to see what would happen - turns out you can't deposit them at all. Probably something leftover from when they scrapped a different quest before releasing the game

Could just be aesthetics since it was a shut down electric factory. The orbs from the other area may be extras so you're not running around looking for the last orb when you're putting them all back in.

Dude the guy that on the right before jumping on the fan blades tells you. You jump hold x to glide then push triangle toward the end to get the extra push.
