Fun Fact: Subconsciously, we take in an average of 400 billion bits of information... per second. Yet, the conscious mind is only able to take in approx 2,000 bit per second. Go you.

10:17 It's true! I sneezed so hard that some of the glue on my orthodontic braces weakened and several of the bands and brackets fell off my teeth. I had to call the orthodontist's office for an emergency appointment and I don't think they believed me when I said I sneezed my braces off.

Any living organism (not redundancy, I mean still alive) is simply/complexly a series of symbiotic elements working and moving together for the benefit of the whole like a swarm of bees appearing to be one object at a distance. Under an electron microscope, we are separate parts just as the bees are individual. It may sound disgusting when you really examine it, but just don't think about it, especially when you look at someone you love :) All that bacterium in us grosses people out, but without them, we wouldn't be. They are mostly beneficial microbes. Consciousness changes how we view and interpret everything, including ourselves. Consciousness is inorganic.

The human stomach can dissolve razor blades: If you ever swallow a razor blade, don’t panic. The human body is more capable than you think. Acids are ranked on a scale from 0 to 14. The lower the pH level, the stronger the acid. Human stomach acid is typically 1.0 to 2.0, meaning that it has an incredibly strong pH. In a study published in the journal Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, scientists found that the “thickened back of a single-edged blade” dissolved after two hours of immersion in stomach acid.

Another presentation of Synesthesia causes people to join non concrete “objects” in the brain like letters, shapes numbers, or people’s names with a sense like smell, color, or flavor. For example, I “see” numbers in color when I imagine them. So, in my brain, the color 1 is white, two is blue, three is green, etc. and it never changes, so you could ask me again in 10 years and they would still be the same in my brain. I also didn’t have any idea WHY his was happening until I learned about synesthesia in a high school psychology class, it was kind of a eureka moment because I had asked several people in my life if they experienced a similar phenomenon and why it might be happening to me and they had no idea what I was talking about.....
