Ingredients for Ma La Xiang Guo Chilli Paste

5 tree Star နာနတ်ပွင့်၊ လေးညှင်းပွင့်
5 small & 1 big Black Cardamine ဖာလာစေ့
1 thick Jasmine or Cinnamon သစ်ဂျပိုးခေါက်
3 or 4 Cardamine ကရဝေးရွက်
2 Tablespoons of Cumin seeds စမှုံစပါး
2 Tablespoons of Coriander seeds နံနံစေ့
2 Tablespoons of Dried chilli flakes ငရုတ်သီးခွဲခြမ်းမှုန့်
2 Tablespoons of Xi Chuan ( fa chyai) ဖွားကျောင်းစေ့
1 tablespoons of five Spices Powder
( ငါးမျိုးစပ် တရုတ်ဟင်းမွေးမတ်စလာ
4 tablespoons of seasam seeds နန်းစေ့
4 tablespoons of Peanuts မြေပဲဆံ
4 Red Paprika,3 onions, garlic
2 kind of Soya Bean Paste ပဲငပိ ၂ မျိုးစပ်
