Une magnifique interprétation de cette sonate de Schumann! Romantisme, passion, légèreté, intimité et une musicalité énorme, tout y est pour en faire une exécution flamboyante et profonde! Et le son du Bösendorfer s'y prête à merveille! Merci pour ce moment unique Madame Berrut!

Beatrice le ho dedicato altri commenti per altre sue performances in cui ho sempre apprezzato la sua bravura e professionalità. Per non ripetermi, avendo esaurito le espressioni di compiacimento, devo ricorrere a espressioni meno ampollose pur meritandole: semplicemente meravigliosa.

Extremely well-played performance, so delicate with gorgeous articulations, thanks for sharing. Schumann’s Piano Sonata No.1 in F# minor has been described as “The most unconventional and the most intriguing” of Schumann’s piano sonatas because of it unusual and untraditional structure, I must say, not every pianist tackles pieces like this, so a big WELL-DONE!

Spectacular! So much to love. Un poco adagio is full of utterly mesmerizing melodies, and you play with a wonderful combination of passion and tenderness that keeps me enthralled throughout. That same combination lights up the Aria, passionate but expressive to perfection. Those are the highlights to me, along with the Intermezzo, but the whole piece is just glorious. Thank you.🤩😍

Very great and sensitive performance, everything coming deep from inside. I admire especially the finale, it's difficult to make a convincing and symphonic unity of it, but here this is achieved seemingly effortless, and everything sounds inspired. A great achievement!

Et voilà qu’ils prennent vie sous vos doigts, le farouche Florestan, passionné, impatient, et le tendre rêveur, inquiet parfois, Eusebius, ceux-là mêmes qui, sans autre moyen de communiquer directement avec elle, adressent cette sonate à Clara, n’est-ce pas ? Merci de nous inviter si intimement au cœur de l’émotion. Mais qui est au piano ? Robert, Clara ? Béatrice... pour notre bonheur. Il y a incontestablement entre ce Bösendorfer et vous une histoire d’amour de conte de fée...

Hé oui, Clara est au centre de cette sonate, et le thème du premier mouvement est tiré d'un petit Fandango qu'elle avait écrit... en effet, mon partenaire Bösendorfer à 88 touches est une histoire pour la vie ;) Cordialement, Beatrice

Magnificent. Such a masterpiece that is a 9 on the verlag scale I believe. Those 2 sections in the final movement have always touched me more than any other sonata sections ever written.

This performance is very well balanced between the right and left hands. I feel that Schumann's music has strong emotions that cannot be described by reason or words !

J'ose décrire la musique de Schumann avec des mots. Une musique merveilleuse composée par un autiste. Il va et vient entre ce monde et l'autre. Il exprime parfois sa paranoïa dans sa musique.

現在東京は21時54分です。昼間は暑かったですが今頃は涼しいです。シュ－マンのソナタはラザ－ルベルマンの演奏を聴き目覚めました.依頼色々ナピアニストの演奏を聴いています。ベル－トサンの演奏は綺麗な音が一番好いです.これからも聴きますよ。

finalement! i thought maybe you had forgotten about all your die hard fans! ;-) just kidding, i am grateful for all your videos, and i have listened to your recording of this, many times. its lovely to see you play it.... i always loved Schuman , but had not heard this until your recording.....today i put on a Gieseking CD of Bach, but at the end a Romantic concerto came on i did not realize was there....i thought....who is this? is it Tsaikovsky? ....it was Schumann.....that Romanticism....excited you will be making a new CD....cuidado,,,,es

Indeed! He was deprived of Clara's love because of her father, who was against their relationship at the beginning. It can be heard quite clearly in his music! best wishes, Beatrice
