What a strange footballer - legitimately seems to have a unique and elite talent and seems like a nice guy but just simply doesn't seem to have any of the intangibles. Doesnt get into good passing positions or show any intensity. Then out of nowhere, does something 99 percent of players cant do.

The way that he moves the ball out from under his feet, turning players inside out and getting ahead of them reminds me of Dembele. However, he's a little less polished, a little wild and his attitude is garbage, I always felt like Poch would have turned him into a soldier.

27 league games , 1 goal and no assists is not “smashing it” nor does it make him a “baller”. It’s very average and for a 60 million player not good enough, which is why Napoli are not even going to look for the money to buy him from Spurs. He is not worth half of that. FfS Hojberg a defensive mid has better stats than this chump

The problem with Ndombele, was the freakin interferin chairman, sacking Potch who bought him, then covering his petty ass with a string of managers who had no clue or respect for him. Ndombele will always be him, so any Ferrari manager will buy him and get the performance. However, a safe lada manager will not respect a quality Ferrari part.

I think if we were to bring in Arne slot or Brendan Rodgers he could be a very good squad/bench player to give an extra option right now we can’t even be picky but at least try and get some sort of fee for him

Ok now show highlights of him walk back in transition, and running out of gas in 15 minutes. A lot of bums can look very good in a compilation of momentary highlights. HIs issue has never been his talent

Exactly. If he can get fit and actuallyy track back (running, not walking) and defend more. He will be a phenomenal player. Hopefully Ange Post can get that out of him. Otherwise hes nothing but a 70 min super sub.

I rather not sell Ndombele and let him be the backup to Maddison. He has less pressure on him now and that's why he will shine when he's back to Spurs. I'm totally fine with just letting him rip opposition's midfield for just 15 minutes a week!

james maddison will be out injuried for a month at some point so i'd rather this guy come in cover than play 3 holding midfielders in the meantime. no one is going to pay his wages on top of a transfer fee, so another loan were spurs pay half his wages is a waste

You could have him dude, he'll annoy the f*ck out of you. Great for highlight reels but nothing else. Youll wonder why you're playing with 10 men for 89 minutes but for one of those minutes he's doing magic skills that other players could only dream of. He passes the eye test on the ball, and fails everything else
