Oh also, the coffee shop oracle, that's actually very similar to a form of divination ancient greeks used. If I remember right, you went and made your prayer asking for an answer on your situation, then cover your ears and walk into town. Once you uncovered your ears, the first thing you heard was your answer.

Every time I watch a new video that you've posted, I make it an event. I grab my snacks, my journal and light a candle, and my dog and I cuddle and take notes. Thank you for allowing me to know you. You're an angel.

i made a grimoire entry about calzones cuz theres lost of different herb and veggie correspondences you can put in there. so you can basically make a custom magic calzone for whatever you need at that moment :0c

Tracing images is my jam. I have difficulty drawing bodies sometimes, so if I'm stuck, I'll Google Image search a model in a particular pose, copy that image to a word doc, gray scale and blow out the contrast so that the lines are defined, then I'll print and trace it. This is also helpful for if you're not sure how to do shading, you can, instead of fussing with the contrast, crank the brightness up to maximum so the shadows are more evident on the picture and you can practice based on that image. Sometimes what you think is cheating is actually a learning tool - USE IT.

Create a sabath for yourself - YES. I celebrate the date when I came back to my home town decided to get help for my mental health issues and was basically reborn into an awesome life

with the handprint idea I think it would be neat to use fingerprinting ink or something like it to put your handprint maybe on the inside cover kind of mark it as yours instead of writing your name

I love love love your art journal approach to a grimoire. I used to struggle keeping one because I've felt it needed to be too serious, too structured, too not me, so it's so refreshing to hear all these creative inspiring prompts that remind me of my art journals and sketchbooks.

I just started my grimoire today. I was going to save up and buy a fancy One, then I saw your video about your grimoire and some things you said really inspired Me. I remembered an abandoned, water damaged canvas covered hardcover book that I've had sitting in a drawer forever and decided to rescue it. I've just given it's cover a makeover and started my first page. The book its self is all about the history of my country. All I've done is write a quick poem in it about a dream I had last night. But I can't wait to go through this list!

I mainly use my grimoire as a messy magick diary, i find this works really well for me so i could track my progress and ritual i do plus if i try to make something dedicated i wouldn't write in it cuz im super ocd and would take forever
