There's fan theory that the old woman at the beginning of the film is Anton Ego's mother. The old woman wore pink like Anton's mother in the flashback, & she clearly had experience in cooking, hence how Remy was able to learn from her cookbooks. Also, it's believed that given the flashback we get from Anton's childhood, he's so critical of other cooks because no one in his mind will ever be better than his mother. So, when Anton eats Remy's food, it reminds him of his mother who's probably too old to cook anymore, & it brings an additional meaning of the phrase "just like mom used to make."

Speaking of video games Remy (Little Chef) was featured in Kingdom Hearts III. Cooking was used, sort of, to make food that gave Sora a power up, depending on the meal.

This is good, but there are a few facts you missed--Colette's surname Tatou is a reference to French actress Audrey Tatou, who famously played the eponymous character in Jean-Pierre Jeunet's 2001 film Amelie. A little detail is that Linguini's underwear is branded with The Incredibles on it, which can be seen briefly as he tries to hide Remy under his clothes. Ratatouille is also Pixar's second film set outside of the United States, after Finding Nemo. Not only is Linguini the first Pixar character to get drunk from alcohol, but the studio (shockingly enough) thought of making a France-produced wine based on the movie, to sell in Costco, but California's wine institute intervened, realising that this would encourage underage drinking.

I bet remy would love to help princess Tiana run her restaurant since they both love to cook he would have to be in 2d animation through obviously can you imagine what it would be like if remy controlled Tiana just like he did with linguini and can you also imagine what it would be like if remy his family and his friends helped run her restaurant i bet remy and Tiana would get along just fine and i can also picture them cooking delicious and yummy meals and desserts.

And...your point? These films are made in America and generally have American casts. So Ratatouille didn't have French-American VAs. Neither did Hunchback if Notre Dame or Beauty and the Beast. The Lion King had everyone speaking English despite being an completely animal cast and the only Swahili to be found was character names (sans Scar and Ed). Little Mermaid didn't have a single Danish person in it either. No Greeks in Hercules. I could go on but you get the idea.
