Your Honor, I object to this being a choke case. According to the lead developer of osu!, Dean Herbert aka ppy, in the future, osu shall have no slider breaks, but only a reduced combo count from missing out on a portion of a slider. Therefore, in the future, this will be nothing less than a mere case of non-perfect combo, and under present clauses, shall be claimed a full combo. As a consequence, neither the one thousand no mod performance points play, nor the one thousand seventy five dollars bounty are lost, clearing my client of all losses. I conclude, Your Honor, by pleading full recovery of my client's achievements, as soon as this case is appropriately judged for its worth. The defense rests its case.
