24 Seconds Count Surya Namaskar. This video has counts up to 108 Surya Namaskar. Each Surya Namaskar is for 24 Seconds.
A very good start for the beginners to build up on stamina and strength
The Suryanamaskar Counts are basically 108 Suryanamaskars which can be performed at certain speed. In this video, the speed is slower and is meant for new practitioners, hence you perform one Suryanamaskar in 24 seconds and therefore 108 suryanamaskar in 2592 seconds or in 43.2 minutes.
Suryanamaskar is a combination of 12 postures by which we offer our homage to SUN for bringing its pranic and vital energy for the well-being of the living species on the Earth. Suryanamaskar is a combination of 12 postures in which first 7 postures are independent and the last 5 postures are repetitions in reverse order.
The beauty of Suryanamaskar is that it has been combined in a way that it works on our body from different angle bringing the strength, stamina, power, agility, endurance & much more whereas the mantras associated with the practice, works on the mental aspect from the perspective of submission and devotion, thereby, bringing the best combination of Mind-Body connection.
With regular practice of Suryanamaskar, you start shining like Sun with amazing vital energy. You shed extra weight and extra fat. You become lean and thin. You become strong and and your mind alert. The energy of this practice burns all the toxins in your body with its fire and you tend to live a disease - free, medical - free, doctor - free, healthy and wholesome life.
It is worth investing your time in it. You can go with slow count for strength building and fast count for the stamina and endurance building.
Caution:
Please start slow and gradually built up.
Do not perform in case you are pregnant (you can perform modified), suffer from heart disease, joint problems or any other other specific problems which prohibits you from performing this.

I did • 5 on first day •9 on second •12 on third •24 on fourth(12×2) •41 on fifth(without break) •41 on sixth(without break) •45 on seventh(without break){my family wasn't believing me so did it Infront of them} •skipped today Will keep updating everyday❤️

By doing speedy we can't control our Breath so if we play this in 0.5 x speed we can streching our muscles more correctly and focus our breathing this is my opinion thank you 🙏👍🤗

Hello Shammi fabulous. I was searching sun salutation counting from a very Long time. Doing yoga alone at home needs a lot of motivation. Thank you for uploading the sun salutation counting for 24secs, 18secs & 15secs. It has really motivated me to finish 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar. From one month I am doing 108 rounds of suryanamaskar almost Everyday. Thanks a lot😊

Started from two months Started at weekly 4, 8, 10, 12, 20, 24, 25, 30, 32, 35 weekly counts.. 36 today.. thanks for your video.. it keep energising daily.. I never thought of 20+ i can make.. today 36 finished. Next target 50 in a month.. thanks a ton..

This is amazing. Came accross this video today only. The pace is so good that it gives you time to correct your posture, your breath and every other thing that is required to perform a surya namaskar. I am daily doing 50 reps but today could do 60 reps because of the correct pace. So happy 😄

Started doing suryanamaskars 7 months back with full motivation but lacked consistency.Started with 5 and eventually reached 54 then stopped completely for 2 months, Started again did continuously for 1 month then stopped again,toh rukte chalte rukte chalte finally Had been doing 54 suryanamaskars daily(without break) for last 20 days & yesterday did 108 without any break for the first time (first 64 in 24 seconds each and last 44 in 12 each seconds).Had a very little pain in my lower back muscle today but still did 54 again today,after doing it I literally felt that I have not done more than 5......The positive changes I have seen in myself - 1)No back pain 2)No headaches(I had migrane problem which has almost vanished now) 3)Regular menstrual cycle 4)positive approach for everything 5)I stay motivated all throughout the day 6)Last but not the least Lost 14 kgs in 4 months.By doing suryanamaskars +intermittent fasting + dieting.(still doing all of this as I want to go down to the weight of 55 kg, currently at 58kg).....I suffer with mild ADHD & I can proudly say that suryanamaskars and meditation has helped me to overcome it and become productive.....All thanks to this channel I was able to achieve this because of your video(which I daily use for counting),thank you so much🙏.Also had one question for you mr.channel, Suryanamaskar in 24 seconds is advantageous or in 12 seconds?what is your suggestion ?

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Different speeds are meant to do at different level. once you are comfortable with 24, move slowly to the faster one but keep coming back to slow so that you can hod then do it. also am posting your details so that others can get motivated from your story

@@ShammisYogalaya Just an update, I have achieved my weight goal (at 55 since 1.5 years)and still do 21 Surya namaskars consistently 4 days a week along with other cardio and weight training exercises (Diversified to not get bored). Generally people loose their weight and stop working out but for me it has become a part of my daily life now❤️.I Randomly was scrolling through the comments and found mine only😂

Yesterday I did 48 suryanamaskar and doing today also. This counting really helps. I am not getting tired during the suryanamaskar. I want to reduce my weight .so doing suryanamaskar is enough??

I am beginner. Your videos helped me a lot. I started doing suru namskar just before 15 days and started with only 6. Now I can do 26 suru namaskar with medium pace without break. I want to improve my speed an number of sury namaskars day by day. Hope I can improve myself.
